“I stopped here on a business trip, but I will come back to stay for some privat days here in future.”
Normal I give no 10 points, but Villa De Ruschi is a fantastic location with a great view to Ancona. The owner is very attentive and try to make your stay unforgotten. All details are loveling selected. Very good breakfeast for Italy. Nice outdoor swimming pool with a son terrasse.

A wonderfully located house on a hill among tall pine trees, with beautiful views of Ancona, the sea and the surrounding hills. Fantastic garden overlooking the sea where breakfast is served. Swimming pool and barbecue area. A good base for the nearest beaches (Widow and Mezzavalle). The first one is practically empty. The second one is also loose, great for swimming. Super hosts Anna and Christiano are very nice and helpful in choosing the best restaurants in the area and other activities. The best restaurants in Sirolo and Portonovo. There are also several vineyards in the area where you can taste the local wines. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. Modern decor and equipment. Attention to detail. Dazzling purity. Cleaned daily. Breakfast served by Cristiano on the terrace with a beautiful view . Everything is very tasty, also for vegetarians. Great place. We plan to stay next year.

The villa had amazing views and was perfect for exploring the local area. Cristiano and Anna were really kind and went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay, particularly as we were travelling with our six month old baby. The home made cakes were also delicious!

“One of the best holidays we have been on. Pre-book a rental car”
The property was newly renovated and finished to a very high standard, the room was lovely bright and fresh. The garden balcony was stunning with views all the way around of the sea and the sun letting was phenomenal. Breakfast pastries were amazing. Cristiano and Anna couldn't do enough to help us, we needed a rental car to get around so Cristiano drove us to a couple of places to get one.

“Absolutely amazing - luxury stay ;)”
We liked it all so much ;) Cristiano and Anna are lovely and the sea views from the terrace are breathtaking. We watched the sunset every night and the sunrise if we got up early. Is the first time that we stay in a room and house that is looked after so well, it was super clean, the bed was super comfortable and in general, the house is full of love. We rented a car to move around Conero and visit the towns, beaches and do some hikes and it was really nice to get home and relax in such a nice place. Also, having the delicious breakfast in the terrace served by Cristiano with some much care was incredible. We absolutely recommend this place and hope we can stay again one day!

“Spectacular view & lovely setting”
Beautiful location for our overnight stop. The host was friendly & helpful. He made us a dinner reservation which was lovely. Peaceful & quiet with a spectacular view. Last but not least the breakfast was great on the overlook terasse.
