“Relaxing stay in tranquil environment”
The old mill at the edge of the village was restored with much love and taste. Lovely French breakfast. Church on the hill is worth a short stroll. Owners are friendly and we did enjoy the conversation over breakfast. The room is airy and full of light, inspiring to stay in bed for longer, just to enjoy a relaxed feeling.

The location is a convenient stopover on the way to the crossing from Calais, although the fastest (google maps) route back to the motorway is rather lengthy and complicated - but you lose very little time. Both bedroom and bathroom were spacious, excellent shower. The property is a massive old stone-built water mill. The old mill wheel has gone, but there is a pleasant sound of running water. Breakfast in the French tradition was simple but excellent, with good croissants and bread and home-made jam.

Lovely peaceful location. Beautiful surroundings. Very interesting old mill, tastefully renovated. A tasty evening meal served outside on the terrace in the evening sunshine.
