The breakfast was quite tasty and sufficient. Would have preferred the more Bayonne style of ham rather than the Spanish style Iberian ham. But that’s just a personal preference.

A perfect location in a cosy small town. An old and well taken gare of house. Excellent flat and breakfast in hall. Quiet and good sleeping comfort. Very attentive and communicable hosts. Sometimes parking just outside - pay between 09-16 or 250 m up at Douze (free). Mind that google map will tell you to go side street - entrance is in nain street Victor Hugo at no 17.

A beautiful house in a fabulous location within a short walk from the town centre. The hosts were very helpful and interesting. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. The whole experience was a real pleasure.

Beautiful place, felt like we were making an entrance coming down the staircase. We were met upon arrival and provided with all necessary information. Didn't see anyone else rest of time (1 night). Lovely buffet style breakfast next morning in stunning breakfast room. Nice basket of tea, coffee, water, candy treat, and kettle in room.

“Great stopover home”

The rooms and property is as per the pictures. We travelled as 2 adults with 4 and 6 year old children . The house seems to have a ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor. The family wing is 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, no lift and the stairs narrow out when moving from 1st floor to 2nd but more than ok to carry luggage etc . This is the hosts home, they live on 1st floor. The rooms are large, particularly the children’s room which is huge. They are very clean, as is the bathroom. Note there is no door connecting the children’s room to the parent’s room. They are separate rooms, but one next to another. Toilet is only in parents room. Breakfast is served by the large stairs you see in the photo with the red carpet on stairs. Lovely selection of breakfast for both adults and children. Hosts speak good English to be able to communicate . We didn’t explore the area as we were only there as a stopover for the night so can’t comment on that but we loved the house and would definitely stay there again if in the area.

“Been there tried it, wont be back.”

The sign for the address was so small we had to phone to find the address.....we were 10 feet from the door. It was apparent that this was an Airbnb....I was disappointed Booking.com did not make this clear, I will not make the same mistake again. Breakfast was very limited, breakfast in France and NO croissants, a disgrace. Up 2 flights of stairs for 70 somethings carrying luggage.

Stay in this gorgeous historic home in the heart of Mont-de-Marsan. Cozy, large room with views and excellent self-serve breakfast enjoyed in beautiful atrium. Central location to walk to town with free parking available nearby (or right in front of house).

It is an old house that has been really well updated. There was a lot of attention to detail and the host was supurb. The location was in easy walking distance of bars and restaurants and there is free parking outside from 1800 until 0830 the next day. Parking after 6pm allows you to have an additional free 2 hour parking period taking your stay up until 1030am

Very quaint B&B in an old style french family town house. Owners super friendly and helpful. Only a short walk down to the main square by the river.

Lovely old building with great outlook over the older part of town (we were in the loft room). 2 flights of stairs to room. Close proximity to all you would need. Breakfast was set up and you could access it whenever you were ready. Good selection of food including fresh fruit and yoghurts. Friendly owner. Free parking close by. Tea and coffee facilities available in room. Great place to stay.
