Good location. Room had a lot of extra stuff like for the kitchen you have everything you needed to warm up or cook something or wash dishes. So was very handy. They left even pills for dishwasher and paper for baking in the owen.

I visited without knowing much about the place, and I was pleasantly surprised by how great the location and overall experience were. The space was clean, cosy, and well-maintained. All the necessary utensils were provided, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores in the room—it made everything very convenient.

“You get what you pay for”
Nice old apartment in the middle of the city at 50 m from the centre. You can drive your car to the apartment to unload, but cars are not allowed in the city centre. There are 2 paid parkings at around 200 m from the apartment. A 24h day ticket will cost you 7 euro. The machine will except up to 5 days. The kitchen is very well equipped and has some usefull amenities available (coffee, tea, salt & pepper etc). Many restaurants, bars and shops are on walking distance from your place. Monshau is great for hiking; beginner or experienced....

“Perfect to stay some days working and enjoying the city.”
The apartment is very central. It was clean and had everything you needed to make a simple meal. Working was good, and the table and chairs were comfy. Quiet. I was on the 2nd floor, so I had a relatively ok view.

“Room is not as described”
Beware! The room is not as described in the photos! It's in a different address and looks different. Shower is really small. Low water pressure. Water wasn't always hot. 2 twin beds which cannot stay connected (they move and not stay static).
