Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and gym very clean and well equipped. The politeness and efficiency of the staff ranged for excellent to poor. HR take note. But overall, I'll come back here next visit.

What a fantastic stay ! Friendly people, good food and nice location! Loved having coffee on the balcony at sunrise! Would like to have some coffee creamer also in the room though! But the view was perfect!

Possibly the best hotel in Monrovia. The only place to stay with excellent facilities such as swimming pool, gym, restaurant and bar. Spacious rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended!

“I expected more value and service than it offered”
Food in the restaurant was good. They even had a vegetarian section in the menu, being a vegetarian that was a delight for me. Mr Salami at the front desk was very nice. I wanted a ride to Ducor Hill and he offered a complimentary ride. I needed to print something, he helped with that as well. He had a the customer service attitude. Which many other employees at this hotel lacked, they were cold in interactions, Airport transfer worked smoothly.

Very comfortable, well maintained and cared for (with renovations ongoing). Lovely staff, great breakfast options and I appreciated the spacious gym. Just sad I didn't have time to try the pool or sauna. Restaurant was a bit quiet in the evening; ate one night at the hotel next door which was busier.

“Promise but didn't live up to it”
The gentlemen on reception always helpful and the lady who cleaned my room was serious but very good. The seating area in reception is good and useful and the guys at the door always chatty. A couple of the ladies in the dining room were nice also. The balcony outside was good as well.
