“Great spacious apartment and spotless!”

Firstly the communication with the host was excellent, very quick response to my emails and messages. Clear instructions to enter the apartment. There is no parking but very easy to park near. The host replied to my questions really quickly about places to eat and supermarkets which was a couple of minutes walk. Lovely restaurants and tapas bars again easy to walk to so you can have a drink. A very quiet lovely old town. We were at the end of our holiday and we booked this apartment to have a day in Aqualandia water park with our grandchildren and then fly home the next day. One hour easy drive to Benidorm and only 30 minutes to Alicante airport. On entering the downstairs apartment lobby we found it was well maintained and clean. A lift going to the floor. On entering the apartment it was lovely and spacious, the photos do not do the place justice as it was much nicer than shown. Spotlessly clean, lovely furniture, I saw on one of the reviews the washing machine was filthy so I looked and it certainly was not it was very clean! We had an on-suite bathroom with some shower gel and shampoo which was unexpected and toilet rolls. Nice towels. It was extremely hot with high temperatures and the aircon was fine once it cooled the room down and kept a nice temperature to be able to sleep. The other bedrooms were also nice and cool with the aircon, we made sure to turn off when we were not there so not to cause them unnecessary expense. Kitchen was lovely, again much nicer than the photos, very clean and we used the microwave that worked perfectly. The front room was huge and comfortable. Big tv and plenty of room to relax. We had a lovely stay and wished we could had stayed longer to enjoy the apartment more. The only thing I’d say to the hosts is us Brits like our tea and there was no kettle so we boiled water in a pan on the stove. We definitely go back it was a great find. We will book again to stay longer and look around the area. Thank you hosts we loved it!
