The apartment was beautiful. About five minutes from the train station and maybe 10 minutes from the old town it was perfectly located.

This apartment is fantastic—it's very spacious and perfectly situated near the main train station and the heart of the city. The place is exceptionally well-equipped, and a lovely touch was the cookies and a bottle of white wine waiting for us. The host is very attentive and easy to communicate with. The only minor issue was a bit of traffic noise

This was our 3rd stay in Monopoli in 2 years and our 3rd stay at this apartment. If is clean, spacious, comfortable and really feels like home. It has everything you need for your stay, including a washing machine and dishwasher , iron and ironing board. Although there were only 2 of us it was nice to have the extras bedrooms. It would easily be big enough for a larger family. There is a lovely terrace in the front of the apartment and it was nice to sit and have a glass of wine and listen to the people below enjoying life. It's within an easy walking distance of shops and restaurants and the old town. Parking is quite easy to find nearby.We love Monopoli and this apartment was perfect for us. If we are able to return to Monopoli we will definitely stay here.

It was big, clean & a tad big for 2 people, however we were rapt with it. Has a lift. Secure, safe. 2 - 3 blocks to central piazza. Wonderful cafe / bar 3 doors down from accommodation & is owned by the wonderful Ada. Drop in for a coffee or just a drink - she is a gorgeous person.

The 2 air conditioner units are located in the hall and the hallway, and not in the bedrooms. So during summers the bedrooms would get a bit stuffy. Extra pillows would be appreciated.

Large 3 bed apartment with 2 bathrooms in a perfect location and equipped with everything you would need. The owner Antonio was great to deal with and went out of his way to assist us. We had an issue with parking our car in the wrong place and he took us to the police station to pay the fine and then drove us to the location it was taken to, above and beyond service.

The apartment was a good size with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Location was a 7 minute walk to the old town. Laundry facilities were available.
