“We are so happy we chose Santa Maria 24 for our short stay in Monopoli and would heartily recommend.”
We liked being met at the train station and taken to the property by car and friendly driver Rocco. The reception staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and and staff very helpful. We enjoyed two delicious meals in the restaurant. The location is close to the sea and perfect for a stroll after dinner.

“Perfecto Grazie”
Everything - from our arrival at Monopoli train station and we were picked up and taken to No 24, to when we were dropped off again at the end of our stay. We loved everything and all the team who looked after us and our apartment. Breakfast and dinner excellent.

“Could not recommend this place more! LOVE LOVE LOVE”
BEST STAY IN MONOPOLI! The staff were the highlight for us. Everyone was so lovely and caring. You can tell that they are all very proud of where they work and live. All our needs were met and more. They even sang me happy birthday! Facilities are great. Stairs are a good workout! The staff will help you with your bags so don’t worry about this. There is also parking available about 7min walk away if you want the security. But again, the staff were just amazing and so nice!

A boutique hotel level experience with the convenience of an apartment. Lovely staff and excellent on site restaurant. View from our room Basílico was exceptional and the position super convenient for the old town.

“Beautiful hotel in the heart of Monopoli”
Lovely decor in a wonderful quiet location but right in the centre. Very pretty views out on the balcony into the square. Loved being collected from the station in the 2CV. Staff really helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were amazing. Also ate in the restaurant one evening - very good!

“Perfect stay”
A pleasant stay, nice and tasteful furnishings, perfect location, amazing breakfasts. Great free hotel transfer from the parking lot. Excellent restaurant. We can only recommend it and thank you for the pleasant concert in the restaurant, we really enjoyed Sunday's concert.

“Santa Maria 24 was the perfect place to stay in Monopoli.”
Santa Maria 24 was a very well appointed apartment with everything needed for a prolonged stay. It is centrally located in the old town, close to all major sites and a myriad of restaurants and shops. The included breakfast was wonderful. An added bonus was the complimentary transfer service in a vintage Citroen which added a unique aspect to our stay.

“Perfect stay in Monopoli”
Our stay in Santa Maria 24 was perfect. The small hotel is super cozy and well located, in the middle of the historical center of Monopoli. Our room was clean and comfortable for a family of 3. Francesco was very helpful with the check in and gave us a lot of useful information about the area.

“Do yourselves a favour and book here.”
Perfect location & accommodation. Tastefully decorated in every aspect. Fabulous breakfast with gluten free options as well. Best accommodation & breakfast options we have found in Italy. We stayed in Menta suite, 2nd floor which was bright with sunny balcony overlooking the square. Complimentary pick up and drop off to station, on arrival and departure, was another bonus.
