“Perfect”
It was incredible. We were in a large beautifully appointed villa and we didn’t see anyone. It was as though we had the place to ourselves. An easy walk to the beach. Private drive with electric gates. A stunning roof terrace to take breakfast and watch the sun rise over the sea.

“Paradise in Monopoli”
Well located, well furnished, very well decorated, this place was perfect for us. A nice breakfast was served every morning and we could have it on the rooftop with the sea view Maria Teresa was not there, but that was not a problem. She was available if needed and full of lovely attentions. On the top of that, we found the nicest beaches located next to the house. We had relaxing and peaceful moments and we would definitely come back. Thanks a lot Maria Teresa for your kindness and your beautiful house. We will keep very nice memories from Monopoli!

“Perfect stay in Puglia”
Our stay at Paradise Sea Terrace in Monopoli was absolutely wonderful. Maria Teresa was lovely and friendly, offering recommendations that enhanced our experience. One of the highlights was the private parking with locked doors, which provided a great sense of security and convenience. Breakfast each morning was delightful, delivered in a charming picnic basket. We loved enjoying our meal on the roof terrace, which offered stunning views of the sea. It was the perfect way to start each day. The shower in our room was fantastic, the room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location of Paradise Sea Terrace was another major plus. It was ideally situated, making it easy to explore Monopoli on foot and Puglia by car. Overall, our stay was perfect. The combination of excellent hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location made for an unforgettable experience. I felt at ease at the property. I like the terrace with the beautiful view and the fact that the city center was not on far as well as the beaches. It was quiet and relaxing. The owner was reachable and available whenever I needed something.

It is one of the cleanest and most beautiful accommodations i have ever been to. It has everything you need,plus a beautiful terrace, and it's very close to the beach. Maria Teresa will make sure you are comfortable and make you feel like at home. Highly recommended! Not only i had a pleasant stay, but I also felt like i found a friend for life. Thank you, dear Maria Teresa. i already miss hanging out with you and hope to see you again soon :)

“Beautiful, healing and well-curated”
Maria Teresa welcomed us warmly in the peaceful and energizing haven she created, with so much care and gentle attentions. She went beyond to make our stay special. The place is beautifully decorated, fresh and clean, and the Terrace is really a gem, you could let your mind run free watching the somptuous view. It was such a great way to start the day with a delicious healthy breakfast. It is the closest you could be to small beaches, with cristalline waters, and a short walk to the historic center. We didn’t have a car and it was perfectly located for a relaxing holiday. Went I go back to Puglia, I will definitely come back here !

“Beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle but stop close enough to easily enjoy”
Maria Teresa was amazing. Thought of everything, room was comfortable with lots of little extras thrown in. Easy walk into town which was great as we had a car we needed to park. Beach a short walk. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect: very comfortable and attractive room with nice decoration, great location not too far from Monopoli and Maria Teresa is a wonderful host. She made us feel very welcome, has great attention to details, made us fantastic breakfast served on the terrace and gave lots of recommendations. This place really felt like Paradise!
