“Beautiful historic place with delightful rooftop terrace”
Perfect location for wandering around the historic centre. Which of course means is a little bit of effort to get your suitcases through the pedestrianised area. Worth it though! Beautiful building, delicious breakfast at a good price. Star of the show is the roof top terrace where you can relax.

The young lady who ran reception was perfect. We were parked some way from the hotel. I called her and she came in her car and collected us. Absolutely brilliant.

“I highly recommend it – an excellent choice.”
We were really impressed by Iliena’s warm welcome and the care she showed us – not only did she come to pick us up at the station, but she also provided us with all the essential information. The hotel is right in the centre, it’s clean, well-maintained and has a fantastic rooftop terrace.

Very friendly staff. Good location in the middle of old town with all the cafes and restaurants and just a very short stroll to the harbour. A-16-min walk from the train station. Good breakfast 🥞 🍳

Amazing apartment in the middle of Monopoli old town, with all charms and fantastic jacuzzi inside and on the terrace on top of the building. Various attractions at arm's length+ plethora of restaurants available. Rosita was more than welcoming and provided all necessary information and extras in our apartment, making our stay even more pleasant. We loved the place!

“Everything you could ask for - comfort, clean, beauty and value.”
Location was good - right in town centre but far enough out that you could sleep peacefully. Rosita couldn't do enough, very helpful with any questions we had. Service was great too, room always kept clean and any dirty towels replaced quickly.

The place was perfect for our 4 night stay to explore Monopoli. The location is fantastic and the room had everything we needed. Daily cleanings were much appreciated. “No better place to stop in Monopoli - the location can’t be beat, the facilities are Sutton & Rosita was great.”
110% best place to stay in Monopoli. Great location, right in the heart of the old town and only yards from scores of excellent restaurants & bars. This places is really outstanding, the piece de resistance is the open space at the top of the building were you have hot tub, chairs & loungers - just lovely for a rest late afternoon before heading out in the evening. Our room was lovely, stone domed ceilings & cool. You couldn’t ask for a better person than Rosita, get recommendations were great & she sorted us out when there was a National Strike on our last day when we were due to travel.

“Absolut must”
Everything, this was perfect. Location is great, host is amazing and everything was just so good. The apartment had lots of space, a washing machine, got cleaned everyday and we were able to extend when we needed without hassle. Rosita is just fab, very friendly, helpful and an amazing host!
