“Gorgeous hotel...apart from my room”
Loved the spotlessly clean fluffy bright white towels. The bathroom was spacious. Nice toiletries for the shower. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bag takeaway that was prepared for me on my last morning was hugely appreciated as I had to check out really early in the morning to get a train. Palazzo Indelli is in a fantastic location, in the heart of all the buzzing atmosphere of the centro storico area.

“The place to stay at Monopoli . Fantastic stay but Marilena truly made the diffetence.”
Reception staff exceeded my every expectation particularly Marilena and Franco . They went above and beyond. They anticipated my every need and were helpful and always happy to help with recommendations of what to do, where to eat or where to have an aperitivo. They made sure I had clear and concise directions to navigate the area before I left the hotel - including booking a driver or clear directions for reaching my destination with the train or on foot - they sent me google maps “posizione” or informed me of all the times for the train. You don’t even get this type of treatment at a 5 star hotel. Absolute gold standard service from Marilena and Franco .

Fabulous location in the main square. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. Excellent breakfast included. Late checkout was great.

“perfect to explore the city with warm and helpful staff”
The room was slightly small but compact and had all I needed. The location was right in the centre of the ancient part of the city, wonderfully located for all the historic aspects of Monolopli. There was an excellent variety of choices for breakfast to suit all tastes. The staff made me feel like a guest in their home not a tourist and were warm and friendly
