Fabulous spacious and clean apartment. Helpful host and wonderful terrace. If we return to monopoli one day, we will stay again.

“Best apartment we’ve stayed in, lots of space”

Perfectly located. Apartment ideal lots of space and best sleep so far we’ve had in Italy. The communication from Gianni was superb with complete instructions on how find the unit and check in. Roof top terrace was an added bonus and availability of washing machine was handy. Absolutely recommend this to anyone staying in Monopoli.

Great location, spacious apartment, kitchen with all the amenities, good communication with a friendly owner, cleaniness. We would gladly come back when in Puglia.

“Very relaxing stay in an exceptional location.”

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old town in Monopoli with bars, cafe's and a great sandwich shop on the doorstep. The balcony and roof terrace were good and there was plenty of space inside. The communication from Gianni regarding how to find and access the apartment was excellent and he let us delay our check out by an hour, which was really helpful.

This was a very pleasant stay. The apartment was in perfect order. Very neat, spacious, and each apartment has its own terrace with a beautiful view. Communication with Gianni went very smoothly. This accommodation is highly recommended.

“Excellent short stay”

Excellent apartment straight off the little square. Spotlessly clean and well looked after. The owner organised our taxi transfer to and from Brindisi airport which was really helpful. The roof terrace was a lovely spot to relax on.

Access to washing machine, terrace for relaxing, great views day and night, centre of activity for restaurants. Michaela fantastic helping with advice about restaurants, where facilities located in Monopoli.

“Second floor heaven: Beauty and great design!”

Lots of light and great views. Even the bathroom had a window and a view. The storage space for clothes was fantastic. No living out of a suitcase here. There were two huge built in wardrobes with lots of drawers, shelves and hanging space ( with hangers). The bathroom too had lots of shelves for toiletries, etc Each of the four apartments had its own private terrace with loungers. They were on the roof and far from the madding crowd in the square below. The windows have double glazing and beautifully made wooden interior shutters which block out all the light and noise from below when closed. When we arrived we were welcomed by Michaela, a lovely, friendly lady who gave us lots of tips about good restaurants and all kinds of things. She is amazing.

“A Lovely Historic Apartment in the C entre of Monopoly.”

This is a lovely apartment right in the heart of Monopoli. Whilst it's located in a busy square, it is very peaceful as the apartment is quite high up. There is also a lovely spacious roof terrace with sun loungers, etc. The apartment is part of an historic building and is spacious, clean and well equipped. The very friendly owner, Gianni contacted me prior to our arrival to give me all the information I needed and was easy to contact during our stay if needed.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Authentic Italian furniture and fittings. Very nice. Terrace was amazing. Views exceptional. Despite being in the centre of the square, which has a great vibe, the terrace was very peaceful and quiet Communication with Gianni and Michaela was amazing. Both are very helpful. Great location for exploring the area.

Perfect information line from the host, easy to find, in the archaic citiycenter. Wonderful appartman, nice maid. Recomended to all.

Amazing location, close to all the good restaurants and bars. Being high up though it's really quiet. Apartment itself is spacious, really clean and generally beautiful. Roof terrace is great, amazing views and a nice spot for sunbathing.
