Amazing location, spacious apartment, comfortable bed. Had everything we needed for a four night stay. Can’t wait to return.

The location is perfect - between the train station and the city centre, but still quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and has pretty everything you may need - it's very convenint to have a washing machine in you vacation department. Beds are comfortable, everything was clean. The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly!

Very nice interior, it feels like you are staying in a stone building. Very good location and most important , it was easy to get parking near by as it is very difficult to get a car parking place in Monopoli .

We stayed at this lovely apartment in Monopoli for 10 days and had an amazing experience. The place was super clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The staff was very kind And great communication throughout. Everything matched the description perfectly. We absolutely love to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Everything was great. Location, comfort, support from the hosts, Vanessa and Erica when required and thank you for a great beach recommendation- we spent 5 days at Macramè beach club which was excellent. Location is great - just over 5 minutes to Centro Storico and Train station, it is the perfect base to see Monopoli and Puglia.

“All around amazing stay”

Everything! It was spotless clean, not just superficially but deepcleaned. Everything was new, functional and quality, no cheap low quality furniture, all comfy and quality. The vibe is quite cute, very warm and it felt like a second home. Contact to the team was also flawless, they helped out with many things. It s in a normal street, so not loud except for normal elevated convos of the neighbours here and there :D. In a few minutes you re in the centre and the beach. Honestly i liked calla porte vechia more than the famous ones like poligano a mare. Kitchen is greatly equipped to make a pasta or risotto youself, also. All necessary small comodities like small body shampoos or salt and pepper was there as well. Even a small smart tv was there to play YouTube or netflix. Probably great if you have kids ;) Keep up the great work!

“A wonderful stay”

We loved the location as it was just a short distance from the train station and from the centre, so we were close to all amenities. The host was very helpful and made sure to sort out all our queries immediately :) The apartment was quite big and we had all the comfort we needed for a memorable holiday.

The apartment was very spacious with a separate bedroom and a nice sized patio area. It was a 15-minute walk from the train station and maybe 10 minutes to the historical center and the beach. The kitchen was well appointed.

I liked everything

Location is great, especially if you plan to travel in Puglia by train. It's cozy, well decorated place, not far from the old town and seaside. We loved staying there!

Great location near to the railway station and main attractions of Monopoli. The place has a nice terrace and decorated very chic.

Great structure just outside the old part of the town which made it easier find a car park. The accommodation has a lot of space and also a outdoor area at the back. it comes with coffee machine, laundry machine, double sets of towels and even bathrobes. Pietro and his stuff were very welcoming when we arrived and giving us tips on how to make the best time in Monopoli.

“Greatest hospitality ever”

We had to stay In Monopoli because of train cancellation. Despite late booking (nearly 10 pm), Pietro arranged immediate check in a couple of minutes. His home is wonderfully equipped, we found everything we needed in this situation, including toothbrushes, shaving stuff, washing machine, some snacks and fridge full of various drinks free of charge! Pietro also lend us a phone charger and offered the next night for free because of our situation! All our stuff was in another city, so we asked only for late check out and we were let to leave the house any time we wanted. He even offered us a transfer to train station. Pietro's hospitality is amazing, thank you soooooooo much!
