The location, the apartment and the private parking were perfect! It was a nice 15 minute walk to the nice old town of Monopoli.

We had a parking place as promised near the building ,free of charge.The location was good ,10-15 minutes to the old town.Comfortable.spacious apartment with a small terrace with garden furniture.

The accommodation is beautiful, the room, bedroom and bathroom are spacious, everything is clean. The city center is 15 minutes walk away. Parking is in a fenced yard. The owner was available for any questions.

“Practical, good value and firendly”

Hosts were exceptionally friendly despite the language barrier. They even waited to greet us at the property despite us being very late due to train delays/cancellations. The hosts also let us stay an extra day as we had missed the beginning of our stay due to airstrikes. Beach is a short walk away aswell as the centre of Monopoli being around 15 mins walk. It is great to be outside the busienss of town and next to the beach.

“Beautiful stay in Monopoli”

The host is really friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The home felt new, with a clean, lovely bathroom. We loved the little outside area where we could chill and enjoy. Being a little bit out of the main town is great as you get this outdoor area and it's a bit quieter and close to beautiful beaches and grottos. A grocery store is 100m up the road. Room is equipped with a very small kitchen thay has what you need.

Very convenient and clean property. You can feel the owners and family really take care of it and want to make you feel like being at home. We were also warmly welcome, and there was a good flexibility on check in time. The property is located close to the beach and to Monopoli it’s a pleasant 20 min walk.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three days. When we arrived, we were greeted by the super nice couple who rented out the apartment. They showed us everything we needed to know and were very helpful with anything we wanted. The apartment was newly renovated, everything was very nice and clean, it had new quality air conditioning, washing machine, fridge and everything else you need in an apartment. Also, it was very practical that the apartment had its own parking; It was as simple as pressing a chip on the house keys and the carport opened and the car was parked as close as possible. Overall, everything was of a very high standard and far exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely magical to sit out on the terrace during our evenings here. We also got lots of good restaurant recommendations from the landlords, and they helped us with absolutely everything we wondered about. They were incredibly nice to us, and we felt really welcome here!

Short walk from the train station and walking distance from the old town. Apartment was very nice with very high ceilings, modern bathroom and spacious bedroom. Has a smart TV.

Very comfortable studio at the back. Quiet during the night. Friendly hostess. She arranged for a safe place to store or bicycles. New building and nicely decorated. Small terrace. Laundry machine. Good restaurant at 10 minutes walk.

Communication, check in and out was easy and very friendly. There is a safe parking in the yard and some more public nearby. Everything you need for the stay is available. The center of town is in walking distance as well as a supermarket and bakery. One of the nicest beaches lies directly behind the property.

Beautiful modern apartment with everything you need to spend a great vacation. Very nice and helpful owners - they even picked us up from the train station. Although they did not speak English, we communicated without any problems using a google translator. The apartment is situated in a great location on the outskirts of Monopoli, but not far from the old center which can be reached on foot. Next to it is the beautiful Paradiso beach and other small beaches that are within walking distance. It is a great place to visit Alberobello, Locorotondo and Ostuni - we rented a scooter. Great train connections. I highly recommend Le casette. If we come back to Monopoli we will definitely stay here again.
