Our stay at Guest House 38 exceeded our expectations! The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and about a 10–15 minute walk from the historic center, in a very pleasant area with a square (piazza) with playground right in front. The apartment is spacious, clean, and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed (microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator stocked with several delicious foods, cooktop, etc.). In addition, Daniela’s support, kindness and flexibility made all the difference in making our experience perfect :) We were welcomed with drinks and typical Apulian snacks, and toys to my child. We definitely recommend this apartment to anyone planning to stay in Monopoli!

Everything was perfect! Location as good as possible. Very close to the centro storico in Monopoli. A lot of free parking spaces near the property. Daniela is an amazing host, she recommended us all that we needed to know, from places to eat nearby to places to visit and how to reach them! Recommended it totally!

It’s location was great, close to the old town and across the street from a park & old church. The apartment was very well appointed, including provisions for breakfast & a well equipped kitchenette. Daniela the host, was amazing & very welcoming, giving us great recommendations for dining & activities in the area. Would go back there again!

“A wonderful accommodation and a special host!”

Everything was wonderful: clean accommodation, equipped with everything you need (including some food/snacks for breakfast), close to the train station and the historic center, easy access to the beaches (about 20 minutes walk or by bus that had a stop right next to the accommodation). The host Daniela is a special person: kind and always ready to help so that the stay is as pleasant as possible; she even provided us with a beach umbrella during our stay. We will definitely recommend this accommodation to friends and we will look for this accommodation again if we return to beautiful Monopoli.

The host Daniela is very kind and helpful. She provided us with some food for breakfast and tips for visiting the region. The room is clean and has everything you need. You can even cook for yourself if you want. The location is close to the city center and there are many restaurants/bistro in the neighborhood. Parking is easy and free. I definitely recommend this place for a stay in Monopoli.

The location was very convenient to walk into the town. the area was safe and had a wonderful park across from the apartment. Parking was never an issue on the street. It was nice to sit on the balcony in the mornings for breakfast. The kitchen was stocked with eggs, milk, yogurt , juice, butter, Coffee and which was a bonus after a long flight. Daniela was so kind and always available if we needed her. highly recommend this apartment for anyone coming to Monopoly. Thank you for everything Daniela!!!!

Beautiful modern guesthouse with everything you needed and more. Super close to both the train station and old town. Daniela the host was really friendly and attentive. The small touches like aperitif and nibbles on arrival was lovely!

The support offered by the host on arrival, including tips on what to see, where to eat etc. The room is very well done, and all new. The range for breakfast was good too.
