“Good place to stay in Monopoli”

The space of the property was great, outdoor space also good and location was fantastic.

The room and building were modern and very clean. Checking in was easy and the staff was very responsive on WhatsApp. Note that the facility does not have onsite staff (other than the cleaning staff) such as a concierge and is not your typical hotel. For older people, note that the facility does not have a lift and will require you to climb stairs unless you are on the ground floor (there's 1 room on the ground floor). This wasn't a problem for us, but worth mentioning. The location was only a short 5 minute walk to the old town.

I stayed for 4 nights and it was a good base to explore the town, was quiet and comfortable. The room was large and had air conditioning. The room was cleaned twice over my stay.

Modern, newly furnished apartment, well located in a quiet street but within easy walking distance of central/historic Monopoli, with a lovely comfortable bed and great bathroom. Nice staff who sorted out a few minor issues

The room was in a newly refurbished building and had modern furnishings. We had amazingly large windows and the street was quiet during the night (we were out during the day, so didn't experience that). Communication with the owner was smooth with timely responses.

I have to say this was probably the nicest accommodation we’ve ever had on a holiday. A truly spacious, clean, modern apartment with a great terrace that’s shaded in the afternoon. The location is excellent – less than a 10-minute walk to the historic center, about a 5-minute walk to a public parking lot, and there are great restaurants and cafés nearby. The nearest beach is about a 20-minute walk away.

The location was the best, right between the train station and the city center of monopoli. We were traveling around puglia by train so it made it easier. The room was comfortable with everything you need and we had the terrace which was pretty big !
