Everything. Spacious ground floor apartment with large bedroom, kitchen diner and extra living space. Kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine was good to have. Stefano was very welcoming and helpful. Location is close to the old town centre, 10 minute walk to the beach and about the same to the train station. Highly recommended.

Stefano is great host, so welcoming and always ready to help you with anything you need. Nice, comfortable and clean apartaments close to the old town. The terrace on the top of the building is amazing.

Very nice stay, everything clean and renovated, comfy beds, within walking distance from town itself. Stefano willing to assist with anything. Parking in the street - usually surprisingly easy (but it was April), sometimes Stefano helped. The appartment (we stayed in no. 5) was nice, once the stores on the windows closed, no noise (and light) at all coming from outside (we are sensitive on this). The bed in one of the bedrooms is small, OK for one person. I would recommend to change it for a larger one, there is enough space. Two persons can sleep in the living, but you hear then the fridge. Nothing to do with the appartement as such, but we were surprised by the fact that the streets outside of the historical center are structured in squares - few visual elements to remember to get back "home", had to use GPS. Would stay again.

Stefano is the best host we have ever had. He will help you with everything. The apartments have everything you need. Easy for finding parking spots(February).

Paid the entire amount at the property with no issues including the tourist tax. Offered free pick up from the train station which is also only a short walk away from the apartment. Stefano was super helpful and assisted us with beach equipment, restaurants, cafes and additional things to do! The cleanest out of the apartments we stayed in all of Italy! Loved it :)

The apartment was perfect great location easy to get to the train station and the old part of Monopoli. The apartment was one of the largest we’ve stayed in was immaculate. Lovely balcony and searing area on the roof. Our host Stefano was very kind and left water and some delicious focaccia for us which was much appreciated. Would thoroughly recommend the accommodation for exploring the area.

Owner was helpful and passionate about the area. Provided us with focaccia on arrival and water for the duration of our stay. Gave us recommendations for the beach and restaurants. Short walk to town. Apartment was spacious and comfortable and had a lift for upper floors which is useful for heavy luggge. Had a washing machine in the room but needed to buy washing powder.

We liked absolutely everything, there is nothing to want and expect more. Appartment is big, clean, well-furnished, stylish and absolutely good also for long staying. You will find everything what you need, starting from coffee machine to washing machine. Location is also great: 2 minutes by walk from small wild public beach, 10 minutes from private beach, historical center is just 5 minutes of walking. Shops, cafeteria, everyone is just in neighborhood. And the biggest value of this appartment is the owner - Stefano. We have never met just kind, friendly, taking care person. He met us in station and also brought us back, each day few times per day he asked if we need some help or assistance. Really after visiting Monopoli and especially after communication with Stefano, we realized how much kind people can be. I absolutely recommend this place and hope to come back again one day.

beautiful apartment, freshly done up! neat and clean. well located....i can go on. but biggest shout out to the host Stefano who treated us like family, helped us with every small thing! so approachable, i haven't come across a better host / person.His son Marco drove us to all the connecting cities that saved us the trouble of hiring, driving parking a car!! i would recommend this property in monopoli to all!!

Great accomodation - Stefano is the best host, always ready to help. The apartment was very clean, spacious, nice and with everything you may need. Location - very close to the city center, a grocery store and a bakery nearby.Highly recommended!

The property was perfectly positioned, only a short walk to the historic centre and all main attractions close by. Only a short drive to beautiful beaches and surrounding towns. Stefano was an amazing host and made us feel like a local. He made wonderful local recommendations where the people embraced us. Monopoli was amazing!!!

We had the best time in Monopoli. Stefano was amazing and made our stay so much better. He gave us restaurant and cafe recommendations and booked us on a boat tour which was amazing! The location was perfect and so close to everything. As three younger girls he made to sure to tell us where and where not to go around all of Puglia for our safety. He felt like a father figure to us who checked in every single day. We cannot wait to come back and stay again the best hospitality we have ever received!
