“Great location, good value, pretty clean, but DON'T "sleep" on those back killers called sofa "beds&q”
Great location, clean(ish) - everything was clean beside the floors where you could feel and "taste" already the sand before going to the nice sandy beach nearby. Price performance ratio / money value ok. So in general good, if you don't use the sofas to sleep on them, very well. Small upgrades, which wouldn't cost much, could be made. Those back killers need to be changed ASAP - a new 300€ couch would be 100 times better.

Nice view and location because have a nice hidden beach. Big terrace, safe place. The owner decided to give us a bigger apartment so was very nice to have two separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms.

Nice view and location because have a nice hidden beach. Big terrace, safe place. The owner decided to give us a bigger apartment so was very nice to have two separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms.

“Lovely spot”
Good location, fantastic views. Pretty little beach within 200 metres. The inside of the property was a little tired - the shower control was loose, but this was not an issue, possibly a reflection on the end of the season. The outside of the property was immaculate. There was a private shielded sitting area for each flat as well as a large grass area for sunbathing. There was a bar but this was closed (we stayed in the second week of October). Having a car is essential. Monopoli is a 10 minute drive away, pretty old town. Within easy drives of Alberobello, Locorotundo and Martina Franca. Be aware that by October 80%+ of restaurants, gelateri etc are closed. There were a few open in Monopoli but very few open in the small towns to the south. On the plus side, parking was easy, and no queues.

Fabulous waterfront location with a gorgeous little swimming cove 50m walking distance. Very private, lots of room for kids to play freely.
