We had a good stay overall and the flat had everything we needed. It was well equipped and especially convenient for travelling with a baby, as all the essentials for the baby were provided too, which made our stay much easier and more comfortable. The host had kindly offered to collect us from the station and take us back at the end of our stay, which we appreciated.

What we loved most about the property was the incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything a family could need. Every detail showed how much care and thought the hosts put into making guests feel comfortable. We especially appreciated how peaceful and cozy the environment was — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location, cleanliness, comfort, and the genuine hospitality of the hosts made our stay even more special. Our whole family, from the youngest to the oldest, felt happy and cared for throughout the entire stay.

Giovanna was there for us throughout our stay. She responded quickly and gave us lots of great recommendations for the Puglia region. The apartment was very clean and spacious.

Beautifully spec’d - full utensils in the kitchen. Great having 2 bathrooms. Spotlessly clean. The owner was incredibly helpful, welcoming and did everything she could to make our stay for 2 night there.

Everything worked well and as expected. We had a very easy meeting with the host, easy access to the apartment. Very good location, 5 or 7 min away from every point in Monopoli Old Town.

Clean apartment with good facilities, a bit out of the main centre, but still a pleasant walk. Loved the window shutters which helped keep the place cool.

“Perfect getaway”

The property was in a perfect location. It was very modern and spotlessly clean. The property was very well equipped with absolutely everything you need. Our hosts couldn’t do enough for us. They stayed in touch throughout our stay and would have done anything at all to help should we have needed it.

Our host Giovanna was wonderful, very helpful. she even helped us with transport to and from the train station. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment, which is at a different address. it was spotless and very spacious with a new kitchen.and bathroom.

“Beautiful and well located apartment”

Excellent location, in an area full of local shops selling high-quality meats and dairy products. There’s a very good pizzeria less than 20 meters away, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the heart of the old town. Our host, Giovanna, gave us great recommendations for restaurants and local food shops. She also picked us up and took us to the train station — a very kind and unexpected gesture, especially since we were traveling with a small child and quite a bit of luggage. The apartment is very spacious, fully equipped, and tastefully decorated. It has a unique character — not just another “nice rental apartment.” I highly recommend this place. If I ever return to Monopoli, I will definitely book it again. Thank you, Giovanna

Our host was amazing. We stayed 5 nights. She was very thorough on check-in, and even though she didn't speak English, we communicated very easily on google Translate. Great value for money and really close to the old town area with access to great restaurants. Also, within 5 min walk to a well stocked supermarket. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. Comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again. We loved it!

The apartment was very new, clean and large and the kitchen, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge were an added bonus. The owner was always readily available and organise a taxi from the train station and then to the airport for us. she was so helpful and checked in on us every day to see if we need anything.

Joanna was in regular contact with us prior to our arrival. She was so easy to deal with and offered us an early check in time if it suited us. She was also in regular contact with us throughout our stay, offering restaurant recommendations and a taxi number. The accommodation is spotless and cool which was really appreciated in the warm weather. There are beach toys for the kids and an umbrella to use. She also allowed us to leave our luggage at the property after check out as the next guests were running late. This was a great help to us. The apartment is very well located close to the old town and also the beach. We loved our stay, thank you!
