We just spent 6 days here and absolutely loved it! The apartment was super spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The big front terrace was perfect for relaxing, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a 1-minute walk to the free beach and only 10 minutes to the old town and all the great restaurants. Plenty of free street parking too, which was a bonus! It’s a great base to explore the area from, with easy access to everything. Giusi was amazing, so friendly and helpful, and full of great tips and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, less than 200m walk to a beach, 5min walk to a bakery, coffe shop and restaurants, 5-10min walk to supermarkets Excellent hosts, they picked us up and dropped us off to the train station. The apartment is very big and has everything a family needs, including a great big terrace, some beach toys, beach umbrella and chairs. Very quiet and peaceful area.

Everything was perfect! The apartment had everything you may need, huge terrace is a big advantage. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The old town and beaches are 5-10 minutes away on foot. Would definitely recommend it to everybody going to Monopoli!

Very well equipped (washing machine, iron, microwave, air conditioning etc), spacious apartament, located only 100 m from the nearest beach, with a big terrace. Nearby there are big markests as well as small shops, and city centre (old town) - in a 10-minute walk distance. It is a great choice for a short and long stay. The owner was available in case of any question/problems on Whatsapp - she is a very nice and helpful person! Wifi works very good!

This property was really good - we used it as a couple but it would make a great family base for exploring the area. It is a full apartment with a kitchen. We appreciated the large enclosed private outdoor space to sit in the evening with our meal and to dry our swim gear - there is no view as such (it is as per photos) but it was relaxing. Very close to local beaches, short walk to city centre and shops. We had a warm welcome from the host and Google Translate was used well!

Giusi was an excellent host, picking us up from and dropping us to train station. provided us with information about restaurants, supermarkets, bars and places of interest, bus and train timetables etc. the apartment was immaculate with all modern conveniences. Location was perfect, a short walk to old town, beaches, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.😊

great holidays, thanks to the host’s hospitality! very clean, comfortable apartment with an excellent location, just a three-minute walk to the beach and walking distance to the city center. the hostess was exceptionally attentive: she gave us many helpful recommendations where to eat and what to see, offered a stroller for our three-year-old child and was genuinely upset that we did’t call her to find out where the night pharmacy was. This apartment made our stay perfect ♥️ Trust me, is the best place where to stay if you traveling to Monopoli. 🥇💯👍👍👍 Search no more if you like to make you stay perfect. Is super comfortable, condition of all facilities like new. There is everything for a long stay, you will feel like at home or even better. There is fully equipped kitchen to cook, 2 air conditioners in different apartment zones, big terrace where to spend pleasant evenings, laundry washing machine, iron, hairdryer, super big bathroom with bath. We even had suncream and after sun lotion left for us and some snacks, coffee and tea for the breakfast. Owners are very kind and friendly and responsive and available for all questions. They made a tour by car for us around the district on our arrival to show surroundings and options how and where to spend the time. At the day of our leave, we wanted to make check -out at 6AM as we had a train early, the owner came to take the keys and even gave us a ride to the train station. Really god bless these kind people, I believe not only they made our stay very comfortable but they make this world to be a better place. 🙏🙏🙏 LOCATION: Superb Beaches: ⛱️🏖️🌅 There are two beautiful beaches around very well equipped. Porto Rosso, 1 minute walking distance - Sandy beach with comfortable sea entering (when you don't need even slippers). Porto Nero, - 3 minutes walking distance and stairs to enter to the sea with bar, showers, change rooms, sunbeds (optional for your choice). Food and dining options:🍕🍝🍤🍧🍦 Supermarket, gelateria, bar, fruit and veggies grocery, lot of restaurants, all is 5 minutes walking distance. We enjoyed opportunity to order takeaway foods from restaurants and dining at the beautiful terrace in the apartment. Old town - 7-10 min walking very beautiful distance 😍 Central train station - 25 min walking. I hope you will get lucky to get the appartment and stay there.👍🤗👌

The localization was really good. It was close to the beach and about 10 minutes walk from the old city center. There was a lot of place outside for eating meals. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The were also free parking places. I really recommend.
