Excellent location. Directly across from public beach. Only a short walk to town, supermarket and great coffee shops and restaurants. Paolo and Katia are great hosts and we absolutely will be back sometime in the future!

What an amazing place to stay. The welcome from when we arrived, communication before and during our stay, facilities in the apartment, cleanliness and location were all perfect. The welcome gift was a lovely treat and appreciated after a day of travelling. Monopoli has so much to offer as a town, with beach and facilities all very close by.

Only a few minutes walk to multiple beautiful beaches. The property is pristine and has everything you need, with views of the old town and sea from the balcony. The owners are friendly and communication was always prompt and clear. You have a great array of restaurants nearby, or supermarkets and takeaways if you want to eat in.

“Fabulous Home away from Home”

A beautiful, well equiped Casa, 5 minutes outside Historical city. Parking behind the property was possible every day ( in June ). A lovely view & across the road from a lovely beach ( Porto Rosso ). The Hosts were so excellent & friendly, & everything was made available that could be needed 👌🥂 Nice provisions also on arrival

“Family trip to southern Italy in January”

Excellent location - close to the city center. Free parking with a lot of space (in January) - closest parking is paid during summer. Clean and spacious apartment, had everything we needed. Second floor - it means beautiful views from the balcony (sunrise and sea), but also stairs (not a problem for us at all). We had a wonderful stay.

The property had a very beautiful view , it’s very clean , full equipped with everything you want. In the fridge I had water and juice, and of course a selection of chocolate candies and coffee. The location is very closed to the city center.

Exceptionally clean with all the facilities you need such as well equipped kitchen, washing machine, comfortable living room and sunny balconies. Proximity to town, beach and parking. Warm and friendly hosts.

“Beautiful apartment with sea views”

The apartment was well equipped and the owners were incredibly helpful. It was a nice size as we had two teenagers with us and needed the space. It was located opposite a couple of beaches and we could see the beaches from our balcony. There was a 5 to 10 minutes walk in to town. When we arrived we were welcomed by the owners and they had left water and fruit and some other local items for us. This was much appreciated!

The flat is very beautiful and comfortable, equipped with everything one may need. The terrace reveals a marvellous view. I would definitely recommend it :)

Paolo & Kaitia were extremely welcoming & provided everything required for a great stay. Had a fantastic girls trip to monopoli & would recommended staying here. Hosts were very responsive & provided fantastic recommendations for places to eat & have a drink.

I like the location close to the beach and a short walking distance to the town. The appartment was very well equipped and our host left us some snacks and drinks as a welcoming gift. I would definitely stay there again. There was a private beach across the road with a restaurant, bar and beach loungers (12€ for the day). The supermarket is about a 10/15 minute walk away.
