Location is great for the beach & a short walk to the old town. Street parking was busy but we always managed to find a spot outside the flat or close by.

Everything was wonderful. Marcello is an amazing host, true Italian hospitality. :) The apartment has everything you need, with a beautiful sandy beach right next to it, just a 4-minute walk away. Opposite, there is a restaurant where you can eat delicious pasta and pizza, and two supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk. I highly recommend it and thank you, Marcello!

Marcello was an amazing host! He took us on a quick local tour and pointed out all of his favourite places to eat, swim and watch sunsets. The accommodation was great, very clean and comfortable with everything you could need including deck chairs and an umbrella. The location was a minute walk to 3 different beaches and a short stroll into Monopoli ‘Old town’. Magic place and can’t recommend highly enough!

Personal touch from Marchello, who takes time to show you around. Location, is perfect. Short walk to beautiful swimming spots, restaurants, and beach clubs, only 20 min walk to old town, which is really nice, loads of choice of restaurants and bars, also some of the best fast food options. Beach chairs and umbrella provided.

“Most wonderful host, cosy apartment, I’ll be back!”

The most wonderful host, super cosy apartment. I am certainly booking one of his apartments next year! He picked me up from the station (huge bonus because taxis in Puglia are hard to get, they are not waiting at the station, let’s start with that). The studio has everything you need and is situated in the most wonderful location. You are on the beach in 2 mins and there few cafes around. You can also go running if you are into that, it has a running track along the beach with lots of runners. And it’s literally 5 mins walk from Monopoly old town. The apartment has two chairs and the umbrella so you don’t have to rent one and I personally had all the amenities. On the way back, I messed up my timings to go back home, Marcello has even picked me up from the city to drive me to the train station and run with my bags to make it to the train 🤣 It felt like visiting your Italian uncle!

Exactly as described, SO close to the beach & a short and beautiful walk to the Old Town. Marcello was excellent from the moment of arrival and all throughout the stay, providing recommendations and ensuring maximum enjoyment throughout the stay. We were very happy!

The property is close to the sea /beach / old city. It is clean, it has all the amenities described on Booking. Having two beach chairs and an umbrella was a plus. Marcello is a wonderful host and gave us a lot of tips &tricks. Besides, he speaks very well English. Thank you, Marcello!
