The house is amazing. Modern and plenty of space. We were a group of 7, and felt very comfortable during our stay. The terrace has a lovely view, and in summer, it's probably a great addition to the comforts of the property. Marco was always available for us, and he made sure we had everything we needed.

Marco was extremely helpful and ensured we had all we needed during our stay. Fresh croissants were delivered each morning which was a bonus. The apartment was well equipped, spacious and had a separate bathroom for each bedroom.

The house was spacious and luxurious, making it the perfect spot for my friends and me to reconnect. Our host, Marco, was exceptional and always available to assist us. With a group of seven, he handled our restaurant reservations, booked taxis, and recommended the best beaches and locations. Marco's efforts made our stay truly enjoyable. The fresh croissants each morning added an authentic Italian touch. I would definitely book here again when visiting Monopoli.

The location was nice, although we stayed during February, the terrace has a sea view. Very closed to super-markets. Living room available to enjoy o glass of wine in the evening.

The host did everything within his power to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. There was a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge and there was a great supermarket across the road. He provided fresh croissants for breakfast and offered complimentary pizzas one night for dinner. When we were leaving, my daughter left her glasses in her room and as we couldn't get back in, we had to go to Rome without them (thankfully she had some contact lenses with her). Marco went out of his way to express deliver her glasses to our accommodation in Rome by 9am the following day and although we offered to pay him, he would not hear of it. We can't fault his immediate responses to any query we had and his help with our predicament at the end of the trip. We thank him very much for an enjoyable experience.

Lovely and spacious with a great balcony/ terrace with a view to the sea. We found a close by little beach Cala Susca. There are two spots to swim there, just walk past the lido cafe over to the right leads to another lovely spot 😉

It was a very nice, large and luxurious house. We were three couples on vacation and everyone had enough space of their own. We received a friendly welcome, the apartment was clean, there was a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us and fresh croissants were brought every morning. The host Marco is the most friendly host I have ever had at an apartment through booking or Airbnb. We had excellent contact via whatsapp. He was very helpful, gave tips and went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Unfortunately, during the vacation, my boyfriend got sick. Marco helped refer us to the doctor's clinic and pharmacy. He was very helpful. If you are looking for a good vacation apartment in Monopoli I 100% recommend this one!

I've been to many places, but I've never met such an attitude. When we arrived, it was siesta, so all the restaurants were closed. Marco is the host, he put me in his car and drove until he found us food. He wouldn't let me pay for the sandwiches I chose in the cafeteria. He booked a restaurant for us, and always sent us fresh baked goods in the morning, which we requested. We felt like we were part of his family. All my respect to him! He is the best!

Very spacious apartment, modern and clean, parking, lovely breakfast 4min drive from Central monopoli 15 walk to beach. Beautiful views and small garden to do bbq.Helpful owner
