The apartment is in a perfect location, well equipped, with shops and cafes in the neighborhood. Parking is not easy, but we managed to find a spot all three nights. The historic city center is a 3-minute walk away. Mariella was a great host, explaining everything upon our arrival and checking in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was okay.

The location is amazing- right beside the old town, but not in the centre of noise! The host was wonderful, very friendly and even let us stay longer as we had a late flight. The apartment itself is perfectly formed- the kitchen looks lovely for those who wish to cook! The high ceilings throughout make it feel very spacious. The bed was extremely comfy and the living room area was great for chilling out. It also has additional front door locks, so you feel extremely safe. Highly recommend and will try and book for our next stay in Monopoli.

“Fabulous stay at Casa Carlotta”

We had a great stay! The apartment is very spacious and perfectly located — just a short walk to the beach, the old town, and the port. The host Marielle was lovely and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, and having access to a kitchen and washing machine was especially helpful while traveling for 3 weeks. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a morning coffee or an evening drink. There are two supermarkets close by, as well as plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. Casa Carlotta is an easy 10 minute walk to the train station, so it was very easy to jump on a train to visit all the nearby beautiful cities and sites. Highly recommend!

The apartment was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and furnished and really well equipped. The location is perfect just a stones throw from the historical centre and 15 minute walk to the city beaches. The apartment was also so quiet despite the central location which meant a good night’s sleep. Most of all the host was great, really attentive and met us in person to hand over the keys and walk us through the apartment and recommendations for the local area. She even delivered us some breakfast croissants and cookies on the day of our departure! Would stay again if we visit Monopoli in the future

This has been one of the best apartments we have stayed in during our trip. Mariella was an amazing host. Her communication throughout was excellent. She took time to ensure we were welcomed and familiar with the apartment, left beautiful food for us to enjoy and helped when our luggage was damaged. And then there is the apartment itself - so well located near but not in the historic centre (much more convenient with a car that way). The rooms are so charming, echoing a trulli style but all the modern features we appreciate. It is very spacious for two people, is very clean and has wonderful atmosphere. We can't recommend this accommodation enough and thank Mariella and anyone else who cleans and maintains such a great facility.

Casa Carlotta is a beautiful, spacious apartment and very convenient to the old town. Mariella could not have been more helpful, showing us around on arrival and assisting us with a dinner reservation when we had a language barrier.Will definitely rebook if visiting Monopoli again.
