Beautiful spacious modern apartment with everything you could need. The decor was beautiful and the location was lovely and we loved the huge veranda for relaxing with a drink . Quiet area with supermarket and cafe minutes away. 15 minute walk to old town

A well appointed, spacious, modern apartment 200m from the beach and 1km south of the historical town of Monopoli. Open plan lounge and fully-equipped kitchen with a large balcony which is great for breakfast. Very convenient for grocery shopping and public transport - the bus stop for the train station is just outside. The supermarket is 50m away. We enjoyed the easy walking access to several beach clubs (or public beaches) and a 15 min stroll into the historical town where there are dozens of excellent restaurants. Pamela and Elio were excellent hosts - very friendly and always ready to help if required.

This would have to be one of the best apartments we have stayed in anywhere. Every little detail is considered by the owners. They supplied basic foods for us on arrival, there is a huge balcony complete with a washing machine. Fabulous array of cooking utensils and very beautifully decorated throughout. There is a Supermarket 100 meters away for all your food needs. The city center is about a 20 minute walk away. Absolutely loved our stay here.

“Perfect location for exploring Monopoli and Pulgia”

This is a very clean and nicely decorated apartment in a very convenient location. A supermarket is close by, it’s an easy 15 minute walk to the Old Town, 2 minutes to Paradiso beach for a swim and easy access by car to surrounding towns including Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Ostuni, Lecce and Locorotondo. We stayed 9 days and made good use of the washing machine and kitchen. There was also free and safe on-street parking. We really enjoyed the beautiful but quieter pace of Monopoli.

“A Happy Holiday Home”

A fabulous stay for 6 nights! From the time I made the booking and for the duration of our stay, Pamela was a super host answering all my queries. Elio met us on arrival and explained everything about the apartment. The parking was easy and free, just outside the apartment. The apartment was decorated nicely and very comfortable. The living area and kitchen are in the same room and it's a bit compact but there is everything you need, including a dishwasher, TV and sofa bed couch . The terrace balcony is big and has the bonus feature of a washing machine and outdoor furniture. The bathroom has a good size shower with really good water pressure and a bidet, soft towels, and is nicely decorated. The bedroom was also a good size, and I liked that there were coat-hangers in the wardrobe and a chest of drawers plus side tables and bedside plugs so we could charge phones overnight. It was a very comfortable stay, and I liked that they provided 4 pillows for 2 people. We enjoyed having a good coffee machine and a Moka pot too. The room safe was a bonus, as was the elevator to get to the apartment with heavy things. This apartment was a great base to explore other towns and attractions in Puglia, and it is near the beach.

Beautiful interier, everything you need is in the appartment, nice host welcome you with all the information and ‘first aid’ food, snacks & drinks. The appartment has huge terrace with washing machine, chairs, table, folding chairs… Location is just perfect, short walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk along the coast to the old centre of Monopoli.

This property is exceptionally well appointed everything that we needed was supplied … the host have obviously put a lot of thought into making this a home away from home. It is situated close to the beach and 15 minutes walk from the centre of the old city.

“Cosy and charming apartment”

Cosy, charming and very comfortable flat. Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated in a boho style. We felt ‘at home’. It has a Nespresso machine (for coffee lovers!), a washing machine which is very handy and free parking right outside the building. The supermarket is just 3 min away. Monopoli is a perfect place and base to explore Puglia main touristy sites and beaches. Pamela is a lovely host who made sure we had everything we needed.

“A very relaxed and enjoyable stay”

The apartment was excellent - clean, tidy, quiet and there were even a range of foods and drinks provided so that we could start our holiday without having to find a shop first. The location was really good - five minutes walk to a large supermarket and places to eat, ten minutes walk to the beach and a twenty minute walk to the old town. There was also a frequent bus service into the centre of Monopoli, though it didn't run on Sundays or after 7pm. We were so pleased with the apartment that we are planning to return next year.
