The rooms are spotless with very comfortable beds. There is a beautiful terrace for the guests to use. The breakfast is excellent, including home made cakes and jams. The hosts were absolutely lovely and also helped to organise transport for us to Bari.

Location and the cleanliness of the room are superb. Hosts are very kind and helpful regardless the language barrier. We had very nice stay and I recommend it to everyone when visiting Monopoli old town.

Breakfast was way above average. The location could not be more central. The hosts, Rosanna and Antonio were excellent. The room and location was beautiful.

A Wonderful Stay in Monopoli! We had a fantastic stay at this charming B&B, perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood yet very central to everything. Hosts Antonio and his wife were incredibly welcoming — truly the best hosts you could ask for. Breakfast was delicious every morning, especially the scrambled eggs! We stayed in Room 3, which is up quite a few stairs, but Antonio kindly carried all our luggage for us — such a thoughtful gesture. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight, offering stunning views over Monopoli. There are tables, chairs, a few sun loungers, and even a sink and washing line — perfect for rinsing out swimwear or beach towels. We genuinely felt like part of the family during our stay. Highly recommended — we would definitely return!

“Lovely stay with friendly hosts”

It was home from home. Antonio and Rosanna made you feel they were part of your family. It was such a nice experience and because of this it had such a family like feel to the place. Would really recommend it and can honestly say I have never felt so welcomed in a place before. The other guests were lovely and so friendly. The place was also spotlessly clean. Liked that my towels were changed everyday and floor in the room swept. It meant sand from the beach didn’t get everywhere. If you’re reading this review I’d recommend booking this place now as the location is also brilliant on top of the things mentioned above.

Great location and wonderful hosts. Clean and comfortable. This is a house in the historical centre so expect lots of stairs with low ceilings in places.

The location right next to the cathedral was just perfect--so close to the sea and lots of restaurants and sights.

The location is amazing and Monopoli is great. The hosts are very nice and all is super clean, the room was cleaned every day. With location in the centro Storico it’s a great place to stay for a trip in Puglia

“An amazing B&B”

The place itself is full of character and yet still looks new - they put a lot of effort in maintaining it. The entire place is very clean. There's a lovely terrace at the very top of the hotel where it's nice to sit around and have some wine while soaking up the relaxed atmosphere of Monopoli. The breakfast was excellent - very delicious cake and a buffet of bread, biscuits, fruit, cereals, etc. They are very generous with the coffee as well! The hosts are above and beyond the most welcoming people, our stay was 10x better because of them. The lovely lady even gave us extra cake to take to the airport!

“A great stay in a terrific B&B in Monopoli.”

The owner, Antonio, and his wife were terrific hosts and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was very good with a variety of every type of food (not just baked goods), fresh fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs, fresh juice, tea, cappuccino and more. The room was very comfortable too. The location is about 100m from the beautiful Monopoli cathedral, within the old town walls. The old town is a beautiful gem itself and completely underrated. The harbour and the beaches provide days of leisurely sightseeing, walking and swimming. Lecce and Polignano a Mare are both just a short train ride away.
