The place was wonderful, rooms cosy, the lounge and rooms, bathroom, everything very clean and it has all stuffs you need. The location of the apartment is very good. You can reach easily the shops, petrol station, railway station, centre of the town. The breakfast is included in the price and is tasty, various for everyone, because you can eat salami, jam, musli, eggs, tomatoes, fruit and different sweet pastries. The host, Alberto, is helpful, very kind, it was a pleasure to meet him.

One of the best b&b we have been to, maybe even the best one. Alberto is also such a nice guy. He came early every day and made us a breakfast of our choice. The location is also good, close to the beach and not far from the center. Highly recommend!

We were welcomed by a clean, modern, quiet, and comfortable place, and Alberto was very kind and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, we had a delicious breakfast, and we could park for free on the street. The view from the terrace is simply unmatched. We would happily return anytime.

Very nice host, each breakfast was a surprise - Alberto prepared for us delicious tiramisu, apple strudel, foccacia. The coffee was also great. The room was clean and comfortable, the terrace (shared) with a view of the sea in the distance. Very good base for exploring Monopoli, Bari and Polignano a Mare. The center of Monopoli is about 20 minutes by foot. Free parking near the building. I highly recommend this place :)

Alberto couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. He made my stay so easy and perfect, I couldn’t have asked for more. Very comfortable, clean place - and those breakfasts!! I thoroughly recommend staying here.

The appartement is quite and located near to the center. 15-20min by feet. Easy to park in the street. Very clean and lovely decorated.

B&B is very clean. alberto is very friendly and he prepares bfast for us. room has a good view of the sea. 25 mins walk to the old town.

Very nice, stylish, clean accommodation. Beautiful terrace with a view of the nearby sea available. Super breakfast, quiet area, easy parking, the center within reach and within half an hour on foot. All this is enhanced by the perfect Alberto with many tips for excellent restaurants and places to visit. Not to mention that he is an excellent cook. We highly recommend.

Alberto is a perfect host. The flat was really nice and clean. The area is calm, easy to park, well located (10-15 min to the center by feet). Great fresh breakfast.

Greatly located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from City center (15min). No problems to find a perking.

A cozy, quiet spot just about 20 minutes from the old town. Very comfortable, spotless environment with the warm, easy-going host, Alberto, who even picked us up from the train station nearby! Alberto even made a scrambled eggs for us in the morning. :)

Alberto was very nice, friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was very tasty with various selections. We appreciated chopped fruit, fresh mozzarella, and ricotta. Spacious and nicely decorated room. Only the mattresses were a bit soft, but everyone prefers something different. Great location close to a beautiful beach. 20 minutes walk to the center of Monopoli. We had a great time.

Probably one of the best breakfasts I ever had in Italy, including selfmade Tiramisù and cakes.
