Position was great, view from balcony was excellent. Room large, bed comfortable. Lady who runs it is lovely and accomodating. Breakfast was excellent.

Beautiful traditional hotel with comfortable rooms and amazing views from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious and the host very kind. The village center was just five minutes walking through the village scenic stone paths where you can find cafes and restaurants. We had a wonderful time there!

Everything!! The host were very helpful and kind. They helped us with advices and good service and even early breakfast especially for our request. The room were beautiful and really nice designed and very clean. There is a nice caffe in the place. We loved it.

The village of Monodendri is in a lovely area of the Pindos Mountains National Park. Great walks from a family run small hotel. A small balcony of our double room gave us great views of the village and spectacular countryside. Friendly welcome at the hotel and the room had been nicely decorated. Lots of nice local restaurants to eat out at and great access to Vikos Gorge and some great walks from hotel.

Great roomy accommodation up in the mountains. The room was huge and views out over the village and faraway peaks were splendid. The staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.

Wonderful accommodation in pretty Monodendri! The room was extremely spacious and with plenty of facilities including a nice kitchen and a couch. Breakfast was excellent and abundant. The staff were very kind (limited knowledge of English) and allowed me to leave the rental car in the parking for three days as I hiked the Pindos mountains.

We’ve been touring Northern Greece on motorbikes for a week, staying in a mix of accommodation that have all been good, but Matzato was exceptional. The hosts were friendly and helpful, offering great advise on local attractions, the room was spacious and comfortable with a fabulous view over the rooftops of the village and the surrounding valleys, off road parking was a bonus. The breakfast was varied and delicious, for me the feta was the best we’d had in Greece.
