We loved our stay in this lovely hotel in the centre of the village perfectly placed for walks in and around the Vikos Gorge. Beautiful views of the gorge from our bedroom window. Comfortable bed, relaxed atmosphere with great breakfast. Marios is a wonderful host who had great suggestion for places to see. We spent a couple of perfect days here.

Very polite and kind host of the hotel,who can explain in detail what you can see around. Lovely atmosphere and location of yhe hotel with nice views to the mountains and very close to the old town center.Clean room, friendly and wonderful attitude of the staff. We fully recommend the hotel for families and couples in beautiful Zagori. We hope to visit again.

My experience at Hotel Monodendri was fantastic -- the warm welcome and kindness of owner and staff, the beautiful and spacious rooms and building, amazing breakfast, and delight of staying in the perfect Zagori town of Monodendri as the leaves turned color this fall made this one of my favorite places in Greece.

“Great hotel to stay in Zaguria with wonderful views”

Great small hotel with breathtaking views to the mountains! The owner (Marios) was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the middle of the larger of the Zaguria villages, with many restaurants in the area, and very close to the entrance to the Vikos Gorge route. The room was very spacious and the breakfast was great.

We loved everything about this hotel. We had large rooms with views of the mountains. The breakfast was excellent. The hosts spoke good English and really went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect for us. The hotel is well located for the Vikos Gorge hike.
