I recently booked a stay at Efrosini Country through Booking.com, but my experience was disappointing. The property listing mentioned a swimming pool, but upon arrival, there was no pool. This information was misleading and affected our stay. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning on the ground floor, where the kitchen and living room are situated, made it uncomfortable during our stay, especially in hot weather. As a loyal user, I trust Booking.com for accurate information. I urge the platform to address these discrepancies promptly and ensure truthful listings. I hope for a resolution and compensation for the inconvenience faced.
