The property was stunning and has everything you need. The host was very friendly , helpful and on hand for any questions. The location is simply perfect . We have an EV car and having a fast charger at the property was a life saver . Herve was the perfect host and we really enjoyed our stay. Merci beaucoup !

This is a quintessential French country farm house, with a beautiful, large interior. The property was amazing, our dogs appreciated it a lot. It is in a very peaceful location, with a grocery store located only 10 minutes away. For history buffs, the house is located in the heart of the Normandy WWII beach landing areas with numerous museums and tours. Also, Bayeaux is not far with much to see there as well. A car charger for EVs is available adding much convenience. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Le domaine des roseraies! The house is cosy, well equipped and the surroundings are beautiful. Very family friendly. Great communication with the host. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful stone Normand house, with its own fenced driveway porch terrace, off-street parking, a large garden and authentic interior, stone walls, wooden beams terracotta floors with underfloor heating. Beautiful stone staircase to first floor with bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Interior was very tastefully done, authentic, warm colours, cosy. Great books about Normandy and the D-Day landings, in several languages. Kitchen was well equipped, there is even a washing machine, although we did not need to do any laundry. There is an open hearth, and the possibility to make a fire. Welcome pack with cold Cider and local caramels. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances, and even sharp knives and cutting boards! There is an EV charging point (Type 2 connection, presumably with an up to 7 kWh charging speed) on the front porch, sadly I did not have the right cable type to use it, but I have a very small hybrid battery so it did not matter much. However, very convenient for someone with a full EV or more serious PHEV. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, really going the extra mile to address any concerns.

The whole experience of staying in this beautiful property was perfect. The facilities, comfort, security and wonderful relaxing grounds made this a holiday accommodation we would like to have again. The owner and his staff go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. We were even given help with arranging a vet appointment locally for our dog having the AHC for return to the UK-hugely appreciated!!
