Our stay at this apartment was truly exceptional from start to finish. The building itself has a beautiful historical character, which gives the place a unique charm, yet it is equipped with all the modern amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the highlights is undoubtedly the location — it’s conveniently close to the city center, making it easy to explore everything, while still offering a शांत and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms with sea views are absolutely stunning; waking up to that panorama each morning was unforgettable. What really made our experience stand out, however, was the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A special thank you to Nicoletta, Claudio, and Cezare for their incredible support, flexibility, and warm hospitality — it truly made a difference. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a blend of history, comfort, and outstanding service!

“An amazing and spacious villa in the perfect beachside location, just steps from restaurants & beach”

This property is absolutely amazing—right across the road from the beach and only a two-minute walk to the main centre with plenty of restaurants and cafés to choose from. The villa itself was extremely spacious and very comfortable. That said, it didn’t take away from the experience. I would definitely stay here again and would love to book one of the villas facing the beach next time.

We stayed for a week, as a family with a small baby. We really appreciated how spacious the flat is and the sea view from all rooms, and attention to detail in equipment (e.g., how nicely the cot was prepared, kitchen equipment, laundry room, chair in the bathroom, etc.), stayed in Scirocco. We are grateful that we were allowed a late check-out, great and kind staff that quickly replied to all requests we had, and arranged our transfer to Cefalu (thank you Claudio!). Location was good for going to the beach, and supermarket and pharmacy close-by. We appreciated how quiet it was. Happy to recommend.

We loved our penthouse apartment in the Villa. Warmly welcomed by our host Cesare and left our bags with him whilst he arranged slightly early check in. Everything was perfectly clean, comfortable and spacious in the apartment. Onsite parking was a must and we were very thankful to securely park in this busy area at a busy time of year. These apartments would be great for friends or family travelling together as there is lovely communal spaces overlooking the sea.

“What an amazing villa overlooking the sea”

We stayed in the Maestrale suite at Villa Mallandrino for 7 nights and loved every moment. The view of the sea was stunning, and the apartment was spacious with two comfy king-size beds. Just a 2-minute walk to Mondello square and a few more to the beach. The villa provided beach umbrellas, which was a nice bonus. Great local shops and restaurants nearby, and the staff were super friendly. We’d love to come back!

Fantastic location and amazing staff

“Best sicilian stay!”

Location was one of the best we have stayed in. We had our own private terrace with a spectacular sea view. We could walk to the beach in 2 mins and the hotel provided beach towels and blankets, which was super nice. It is situated extremely well, you could walk to restaurants although touristy, or buy groceries and cook in the apartment. There were a few outdoor spaces also to sit and relax. Lots of books, cards and games were also kept in the common/reception area. We had a mezzanine i.e. ground floor with living and kitchen space, first floor as a bedroom and second floor with terrace and sea views.
