Many thanks to our very friendly hosts for having us. We felt like being in a musuem (but all in a very positive way). Nicely decorated, lots of space, fully equipped kitchen - we felt like being at home and not in a vacation rental. Can very much recommend.

Martino and Alba are really exceptionally nice people and great hosts. Alba has even taken us to make a big shopping to start with. We had a great talk in the car, where I got to know the history of her family and that of the villa, which made our stay even more enjoyable, added a touch of personal care. They were also very caring, when the children got sick, they provided Kleenex, Hoover, etc. The house is exceptionally equipped as well. As they used to live there, it really provides the atmosphere of a HOME, not those attractive but cheep quality furniture, but traditional, authentical stuff, where you can feel the touch of "mamma" ;) The spaces are enormous, when there was rain, the kids could run around in the corridor with their little scooters - which was by the way also provided by Martino. Kitchen is really equipped with all that you need for home cooking, even potato mashers, blender, just to name a few, so that you get the feeling. :) on arrival there was even a few supplies, with which you can start your stay:: flour, sugar, salt, oil, coffee, they have like 5 caffettiera! 🤣✌🏻 The rooms are also very spacious, maybe the bed mattesses are a little bit too soft, at least for our taste. All rooms have shades, mosquito-nets, the 2 rooms sharing a bedroom have air-conditioning, the third room (with fireplace) which is BTW on the other side of the building, with own patio has only a fan, no A/C. The real treasure was however the beautiful terrace behind the house, partly covered, with 2 huge parasols, porch swing, with a table for 8 or ten people, even highchair was provided. we had all our meals here, while in the dining room there was also a looong table for like 10 pers... But the garden was a real living paradise, with all kinds of the species of the mediterranean vegetation. ❤️ in the garden (around the house) there were 2 swings, and they also provided beach toys for the kids.

“Gorgeous villa in Mondello”

The location is absolutely amazing, one block from Mondello beach. The garden and terrace area was stunning, surrounded by beautiful mature trees and plants. The kitchen was unbelievably well equipped and the hosts were super friendly. They even welcomed us with a platter of mini pizzas and filled croissants. Martino made us feel so welcome with lots of information about the house and area and places to visit. They lent us beach umbrellas and bucket and spades for the kids. If you're staying in Mondello, this is a wonderful family-friendly option.

The location was amazing, the owners were so sweet and even though we travel a lot, I don't think I've ever seen such a well equipped vacation home. Towels, beach toys for our kids, parking space, kitchen utensils etc. Nothing short of amazing 🤩🏖️

“Amazing place to stay, good location”

The hosts are amazingly friendly and helpful, they recommended places to visit, restaurants, cafés and they even prepared fresh fruit salad for us when we arrived! The beach is only a few mins by foot, it was easy to reach even with small children. The villa is fully equipped, it has absolutely everything. The bus station is only 1 min away, in less than half an hour we could reach Palermo by bus. The garden/terrace is amazing! We had a really pleasant stay.

We would like to say a big thank you to Martino and Abarosa. On arrival, we got a warm welcome, and all their family were very friendly. Abarosa cooked for us a delicious couscous as we arrived late in the evening. That was very thoughtful. The accommodation is nice and has everything you need. Very well equipped. The garden is beautiful. Just 4 mins walk to the beach lots of restaurants and 12 mins to the shop. Following Martino's recommendations, we got the chance to enjoy the best meals. Our stay was just perfect. We will definitely recommend Villa Lea, and we are planning to come back.

“Perfect stay at a wonderful Villa!”

Everything! The location was excellent! Not even 2mins by foot from the Mondello beach! The house was beautiful and we had everything at our disposal. The terrace in the amazingly green garden with a swing and singing birds was a special treat! The beds were incredibly comfortable! We have arrived on Easter Monday- slightly worried that we won’t get anything to eat but our hosts Albarosa and Martino took care of everything and welcomed us with various local specialties! All very yummy! The kitchen was very well-equipped as were the bathrooms and bedrooms! Everything was very clean and wonderful! The house was cool, so we didn’t need to use air conditioning and it was perfect temperature during the night.

Beautifully furnished apartment .Lots of outdoor space with shade from sun if required .Beach a 10 minute walk from apartment .Plenty of equipment in well stocked kitchen .Lots of cleaning products .Plenty of towels and bed linen . Hosts who were extremely helpful .

Beautiful atmospheric and authentic villa with garden courtyard. Friendly and genuine hosts. Location was perfect.

We had an incredible experience staying in a VILLA LEA! The accommodations were fantastic, and the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
