Overview
Surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, Villa Calipso offers free access in summer to its private beach, just 50 metres away. Rooms are air conditioned and are equipped with free Wi-Fi, a TV and a minibar. Some have views over the garden or the Mediterranean Sea and may be located in a separate building in front of the main hotel building. Staff can arrange bike and car hire, on request. Set in the seaside town of Mondello, this hotel is just 7 km from the centre of Palermo. Palermo Airport is a 25-minute drive away. Staff can organize airport transfers, car hire and excursions on request.

My husband & I stayed 5 nights recently. This is a charming property , 3 Min walk to the beach., with lovely private garden. A mature& quiet neighbourhood. Our room was spacious, with very comfortable bed. Bathroom, with fabulous shower, & Beautiful shower gel& shampoo provided. Carla is charming host & with her team run a great hotel. Breakfast is provided each morning & was delicious, served on the the terrace in a beautiful garden . She arranged airport taxi transfers for us too.

Great location. Great room. Lovely products in the bathroom. Ample hot water. Kettle and mini bar. Very helpful staff and good communication. Good heating in main room and bathroom.

“Wonderful”
Villa was very cute.Pretty garden area with hot tub and tropical plants,including a banana tree.Eating breakfast there is lovely.We had a room with terrace. The location is perfect,a minute from from beautiful beach,restaurants, and 3minutes to the bus to Palermo. The staff are fantastic,so friendly,professional and helpful.

“Wonderful Place for a Getaway at the Beach”
We had a great time at this homely feeling hotel. It’s quite small with only a few rooms. The room we stayed in, however, was quite nicely sized for two adults. We also got to enjoy a big balcony. The whole room was quite modern from the wellness shower we were pleasantly surprised by to the Smart TV and touch control AC Unit. The included breakfast was good, it even had vegan options and I got to enjoy an Oat Milk Cappuccino for breakfast. The best thing, however, is the proximity to the beach. It’s just a few meters away from the property. I also need to tell you, that the staff was incredibly helpful and sweet with anything we needed. I will definitely be back.

“Wonderful Acommendation in Mondello/ Sicily”
We spent one night with our dog in this beautiful villa in Mondello, near the beach. The room was upstairs ( a bit uncomfortable for one night), but bed an bathroom were splendid. In the morning a fantastic breakfast with very tasty Cappucino and local cakes/ sweets/ hearty choices. Very friendly staff, Carla was very helpful as she served breakfast at 7 am as we had to catch the ferry. Absolute recommendation.
