The beds are very comfortable, the location is great, just 5 minutes walk to the beach. There are a lot of coffee places and restaurants at the end of the street. You don't hear any noise at night. The whole house was extremely clean. You have all you need, everything for to cook, a space to do you laundry and hang and dry your wet beach towels. There are even chair to take to the beach. Ninni and his family are the best hosts we ever had. Very friendly helpful and more than that. They make your stay very special, the welcomed us with their own olives and Ninni cooked us some typical sicilian family dishes. They even brought us to the airport for a more than resenable price.

It is really beautiful when life gifts you an experience that is so special in your heart. Ninni collected me from Palermo airport, you can instantly feel Ninni’s respectful and relaxed demeanour. It is Ninni’s priority to make you feel comfortable in his paradise and show you some important places along the way to the house. The information and history is genuine and passionate. The house is modern, tastefully decorated and very clean with a good structure. The location is extremely good, a quiet, private narrow, safe street with everything you need only a couple seconds walk to the square and 5 minutes to the beach. The neighbours are friendly towards you and I made sure to respect their peace when I come and go from the house, they made me feel welcome in their area. On request Ninni can provide you with a local Sicilian dining experience. This was very special because I was able to meet Ninni’s beautiful wife and sing them a song in Te reo Māori. When you taste Ninni’s food it is a truly remarkable experience and made in the traditional way. Mondello people have good energy, they are not overrun with tourists in early June. The beach will be busy in mid summer but when you stay here in Mondello you can go earlier in the morning or evening after the peak periods since it is right there infront of you. Enjoy Mondello, the people of Mondello love their town and go to a lot of effort to look after it to preserve the beauty for the future. I dreamed of this holiday since I was a child, it is very important to me and I know Ninni knew that so he made sure it was unforgettable. I had alot of emotions on this holiday and the kindness of Ninni and his wife reduced me to tears. Ninni and his wife supported me and understood I was very happy and I cried a lot in their company…. To finally really be here, in Mondello in the beautiful guesthouse with such nice hosts. I highly appreciated the understanding from them both for my strong emotions it completely touched my heart.

Hospitality, very family friendly, perfect location, very clean, spacious. Great beds and kitchen!

Really friendly owner, give us lots of useful information, also prepared some local snacks for us! Nice and spacious rooms, two minutes walk to the sea side. Lots of seafood restaurants around. The owner found a parking space for us just outside the buildings, and there are lots of free spaces nearby. Was plan to stay longer but it's not available.

Ninni is an exceptional host. He picked us up at the airport and took us to Mondello, showing us sights on the way. He stopped at local shop and came back to the car with an Arancini for us to share. His love for Mondello shows in everything he does. His apartment is in a perfect location, a few minutes from the beach and restaurants. He prepared a tasting menu for us of local foods, food that he and his dad made themselves. It was absolutely delicious and we felt honoured that we were able to partake in it. Ninni was always available if we had any questions. He made you feel like you were part of his family. When it was time to leave, he took us to the airport which was greatly appreciated and gave us a parting gift. Can’t say enough about our stay at Ninni Mondello House.

Everything was fantastic! Ninni was the perfect host and even drove me to the airport at 3:30am. This is the best place to stay in Mondello. A fantastic apartment and Ninni also brought us a range of food made by his family. Simply awesome.

From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was flawless. My partner and I cherished every moment of our stay. It was truly beyond words. In my decade of traveling, this experience stands out as the best. I wholeheartedly recommend Ninni's place to anyone visiting Palermo.

Ninni Mondello House is an exceptional place. Let me say it straight, this is the best visit we have ever had and this is all thanks to Ninni. The place is comfy, clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable and in the kitchen you can find everything you need. Fantasticly located , just 2 minutes from the amazing Mondello beach and 1 minute from Piazza Mondello ,where you can find various restaurants and attractions. But what makes this place exceptional is Ninni. I have never met such a kind and supportive person in my life. He helped me every time I asked him, he was super nice and responsive. When we came he gave us snacks and aperitif and the next evening he prepared typical Sicilian dishes by !himself! with 0km products ,very delicious. At the day we left he gave a present so we can remember this place and him. When we came he was just a host, when we left he became our friend. Definitely recommend this place , and definitely we will come back there again.

Everything was perfect. Spacious and clean apartment, fully equiped kitchen, including coffee, salt,...Ninni was extraordinery host, welcome us with drink and gift for children. He also prepared a tasting of typical sycilian dish for us. He gave us a lot of informations about the place and even Palermo. The apartment is very close to the beach, bus stop, restaurants, the street itself is quiet.

The place is really cozy and comfortable. We have found everything we needed for the stay with two small children (2 and 4 years old). The host was very very welcoming and helped us with parking (it's difficult to park around the place, free from Oktober). The neighborhood is really italian, very nice grandmas around. It was a pleasure to stay. Near the sea, shop, restaurants.
