Very nice location. Walking distance from the beach, very close to less touristic (and excellent) restaurants. Parking always available in front of the house.

I fell in love with this beautiful house located in mondello, it has everything you are looking for and only a few steps away from all the amenities and mondello beach but also the host Giovanna is exceptional. She even drove me to Palermo. I highly recommend this place. My partner and i and my dog cria fell in love with this place. Go there not only you will find a lovely place but also an adorable host. The best of the name of Giovanna

Giovanna was so welcoming, the studio is huge, homely and well equipped, the location is a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Mondello beach and is located in Giovanna's garden, very peaceful and in a beautiful leafy residential area. I am so glad that I booked this place. As a solo traveler it was just what I needed and I believe I have made a friend for life. It is very private and you have your complete independence, however as I was alone I ended up spending quite a lot of time with Giovanna as she is truly so kind and generous. Coffee, tea, water, toiletries provided.

“Giovanna's place in Modello is an absolute hidden gem!”
Everything was perfect! The bus stop is just around the corner, and everything else is within walking distance from the apartment. The bungalow is situated in the garden, which helped it stay comfortably cool despite the extreme hot weather in Palermo. Giovana also kindly provided us with bicycles for our use. Despite facing extreme hot weather and dangerous fires during our visit to Palermo, Giovanna's exceptional hospitality turned our tough times around. From the delicious lunch she prepared to her offer of finding a doctor when I felt unwell, Giovanna's care and kindness were a true blessing. And when public transport was unavailable due to the fires, she went above and beyond, personally driving us to the airport.
