Amazing location, everything is walking distance, beach, bus stop to the city, bakery, restaurants, etc. Love the big roof terrace with sun loungers. Very peaceful. Wonderful, kind host Cristina. Always helpful, and keeps the place extremely well. The place is better than the photos online. 10/10 stay for us for 11 nights.

The host Cristina is lovely and very accommodating. She is very quick to respond. The accommodation is very cosy and spacious. It is also child friendly as it has a high chair and cot for free. It has good air conditioning and is greatly equipped with basic cooking items and condiments. The location is great. Its a 9 minute walk to the beach, close to mini market and bakery and to the bus stop. The big terrace and the decor was our favourite. We had our meals out here and when the baba is having a siesta.

Best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in & the kindest host I’ve had. Very accommodating to a late check in and even brought some food for us since local restaurants were closed by that time. Beautiful terrace and cosy rooftop apartment with tips on local restaurants and transport. Place was incredibly safe, clean and located very close to the beach. Never had a host who so genuinely cares for the enjoyment of your stay and for that reason and amazing value for money of casa di chico, I highly recommend it and hope to stay here again when I return to Sicily.

“Perfect apartment in Mondello”

We really enjoyed our stay in these apartments, the terrace is very nice, it is possible to cook in the kitchen, 10 minutes walk to the sea, there is a supermarket and a cafe nearby. Very friendly host helped us with all details and booked a taxi from airport.

We loved our stay in Mondello - Cristina is a wonderful host! The accommodation has an excellent large private terrace, it is also well situated to be close to the beach (<10 mins) and the bus stop to Palermo. The bedroom is air conditioned so it is very comfortable to sleep at night during the summer. We would return!

Very nice apartment with a kind and helpful host! Cristina gave us all the recommendations about food (restaurant she recommends was amazing 🤩), places, supermarket and help with a taxi to the airport at 3am. The terrace is absolutely amazing - stunning views every side, sunbeds and table for breakfast or dinner. Location is good, just 10 min walk to the beach.

“Great holiday with the perfect host”

We loved our stay at La casa di chico. Mondello is a beautiful beach town with a relaxed atmosphere with great bus links to the city of Palermo. Cristina was the perfect host and really helped us with recommendations. The property itself had everything we needed as a family of 3, we especially loved the terrace area. Overall we had a great time and would deffo recommend.

“A piece of paras in Mondello”

The highlight of this property is the big beautiful terrace that is exclusively for the guest. We had the most amazing time there. We went in the busiest week of the summer but at the house you can escape everything and relax in the cool breeze and in the shade. We had our dog with us and he was welcomed as warmly as we were!

“Perfect”

Cristina directed us via WhatsApp and met us outside the door when we arrived late at night, she even provided us with some food and a lovely bottle of Sicilian wine. The apartment was very comfortable with a fantastic outside terrace. Cristina was a fantastic host.

Cristina is the greatest host.♥️ Very helpful and friendly. Place is very lovely, good equipt, useful bakery with meals in close souroundings.You have lovely view from your own terrace, and realy good privacy. Sea and bus stop few minutes on foot.
