Great location, 5 minute walk from the beach as well as the bus station with direct line to Palermo. The room is very functional and has everything you need. The owners are really nice. Overall a good experience

The hosts were so kind and sweet. They picked up us in the airport, they had baked sweets and they had coffee for us and everything we needed in their outdoor kitchen. The location was perfect, quiet, clean and very close to the beach. The garden was beautiful and cozy. We would definitely recommend this place.

“Beautiful, cosy and comfortable”

A very cosy, beautiful and comfortable place to stay! We loved every bit of it. There is a kitchen corner in the room with a kettle, coffee-machine and a microvave, also a set of dishes, cups etc. There was even a rubber beach bag) I loved the little garden where we had breakfast. The owners of the place are veery nice and helpful. Mondello beach is just 5 min of walk and we loved it too - nice amenities and clean. There are many shops in the area, including pharmacy and a bookshop) We loved walking in the morning along the beach to a more far off supermarkets - the food is great. I would love to come back here again.

“Little garden of eden 5 mins from stunning beach”

Claudia and Dario are warm and welcoming, and have literally thought of everything you need to be comfortable. From beach towels, beach umbrellas, bikes… and you will want it as the beach is only mins away on foot or bike. It’s very quiet and the greenery and garden is stunning. It’s very secure and though you share the entry with the hosts and guests in the other room it is very private. There was even a little outdoor kitchen we could make some breakfast, a mini market very close for supplies. Dario picked us up at the airport and on check out drove us to our next hotel in Palermo at a better rate than a taxi. Highly recommend!

“Beautiful Clean property close to mondello beach.”

The family were very welcoming, from picking us up at the airport to introducing us to the property, through our stay and arranging transport when we left. Nothing was too much. The room was impeccably clean and with great attention to detail. The terrace, small outside area was beautiful and felt very private like our own garden, with swing seat and table for eating at. There are two rentals one with a microwave and fridge and the other with the addition of a hob. A small mini market is a 2 min walk away or a larger luxury deli/supermarket in Mondello old town or a big supermarket a 20 min walk inland. I love cooking and fresh food so this is important to me. The property is in a beautiful and tranquil road a very easy 5 min walk from stunning mondello beach. A couple of days we took the bus into Palermo, the 806 again at the bottom of the road, about £1.80 single. You buy a blank ticket then validate it on the bus to date and time stamp..make sure you do as you will get a £50 fine, I think the toicket lasts for 100 min and you can bus hop, then do the same to come back. Our first trip to Italy and loved it, the people are patient with our lack of Italian and we felt relaxed and happy. Palermo has so much stunning historical things to se and is buzzy and busy a real experience too. We will return to Claudia, Salvo and Dario’s lovely property again, would totally recommend. We enjoyed our stay in Mondello. Super friendly family business. Quiet, close to the beach and to the bus that takes you to Palermo downtown. Very clean room and bathroom. We had a small kitchen in the garden. Ideal for a short stay.

“Little piece of paradise a stone’s throw away from the beach”

This is a little piece of paradise. The previous reviews are a testament to the dedication and the attention to details that the host have. From the pick up to the daily interactions, they were the most welcoming, warm and kind hosts, it really felt like staying with family. I particularly appreciated how they anticipated every need: there were beach towels and hats for our long days at the beach, a parasol, a beach bag and a clothes drying rack! The coffee maker, fridge and microwave were a life saver. The room comes with all the plates and cutlery as well as biscuits and milk for breakfast. The room and the bed were very comfortable. We also found a selection of teas, a mosquito repellent diffuser and a hair dryer - they really thought of everything! The garden is a pure delight and made our breakfasts unforgettable, with our own little patio. It is also very close to the beach as well as the restaurant and the bakeries where you can find more local delicacies. Thank you so much for this stay: true Sicilian hospitality!

It was absolutely perfect stay! They have gorgeous garden around the house and it feels very private to stay there. It is indeed also very quiet that makes you feel at peace. Everything in the room and in the bathroom that one needs. Very clean. We got also fantastic fruit, pastries and water! The hosts Claudia and Dario are warm and caring people.
