“Excellent apartment with a beautiful balcony”

The apartment is beautiful, it is situated behind security gates which for a solo traveller is excellent and just up a flight of stairs. The apartment was excellently clean with a very comfortable bed. My favourite of all was the huge balcony where I had breakfast, read and sun baked. Giuseppe was a great host explained everything and was easy to contact. Thank you Rosalind

“Great stay in Mondello!”

The host left a pletora of items in the fridge for us to have breakfast in the subsequent days, plus an abundance of water, very helpful in those hot summer days. He even had turned air-conditioning on ahead of our arrival, which was a very nice touch. He provided suggestions on what to visit and where to eat around the place, and remained at our disposal if we needed anything.

Giuseppe is a great host, he is very nice and greeted me personally, introduced his apartment in details. His place is spacious, clean and very safe. My car could park inside with a locked gate. I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone who visit Mondello. It’s also an ideal place to stay if you visit Palermo with a car, it’s only 30min by car, and you can avoid the noise and hustle of the busy city.

“Lovely cosy comfortable apartment, friendly and helpful host”

The apartment was in a great location to Mondello beach, just a walk down to the nearest supermarket Conad City, a lovely gelato shop and wine and pizza bar. The host was very friendly and accomodating, Guiseppe helped us organised transport to go to the coach station to grab our tickets to the Seattle outlets and also the Airport for the journey back. Note, cabs take forever to book and rarely visible on the Cab apps. Better to pre-book everything.

“Excellent holiday by the sea”

Superb apartment with a great and very helpful host. The apartment is clean, spacious, and full of light. The fridge was topped up, there were yogurts, milk, juice, and water, as well as toast and jams for breakfast. There is an excellent coffee machine and coffee pads to make a delicious coffee which can be enjoyed on a lovely terrace with a mountain view. The bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels. We had everything we might need during our stay. Besides the apartment, there is a very good La Vecchia Masseria pizza restaurant where delicious food is served until midnight. Within a three-minute walk, there is Antico Panificio Galatea, an artisan bakery where you can get fresh pastries. Conad supermarket is around the corner. The Mondello beach is within 10 minutes walk. Bus number 645 stops on Saline Street right beside the pizza restaurant which makes it easy to travel to Palermo.

Quiet, lots of space, private parking, l’antica masseria (suggestions that was given to me by the host), bar.

Great little apartment, nice balcony, comfy beds, lots of amenities.

The apartment was spacious very clean, well equipped with good facilities, great coffee machine, excellent power shower. Large outdoor terrace area to sit in day or evening. We only stayed one night but it would be great for a longer stay. It was in a quiet residential area but 5 mins walk down to main beach area. There is private gated off road parking in the grounds which was great for us with our rental car. Giuseppe was very helpful and gave us advice on how to find things locally. There was a fantastic patisserie at the end of the street on the corner and other grocery stores nearby. There is a pizzeria a few doors down which we were told is excellent but unfortunately we stayed on a public holiday so didn't get a chance to eat there. If you want to stay in mondello this is a great apartment.

Clean and spacious apartment with big balcony with a great view. Mr Giuseppe took the time to explain everything in the house. Well equipped kitchen so you can make your own breakfast and dinner if you want to.

Fantastic and the host was there in a flash when I stupidly locked myself in! Such a great base for visiting not just Mondello but Palermo as well.

Giuseppe is an amazing host, extremely helpful and nice - he made our holidays, thanks a lot! The place is clean and conveniently located (walking distance to the beach) and we really enjoyed the private terrace

I felt very welcome, lovely host, very accommodating, easy communication, very clean, big terrace, great apartment with everything you’d need and more, close to public transport and to the beach, quiet, great local restaurant next door, I’d definitely stay there again!
