“Perfect stay in the center of Mondello”

A very comfortable stay in a stylish Italian villa. A great location in the center of Mondello—close to the beach, public transportation, and easy access to Palermo. The property is clean and comfortable. Silvia is an incredibly friendly and welcoming hostess, taking care of her guests, serving breakfast, advising on sightseeing plans, and helping with transportation arrangements. I highly recommend it!

“Fabulous”

Everything was beyond great!! It was very clean, the parking was included, the host was phenomenal, she even got us breakfast!!!! (see the photo) we had an Illy machine in the room with capsules, sun cream, aftersun, etc and she also gave us great recommendations regarding the beach and food. Everything was way better than we expected. We were shocked by the great hospitality received and I believe we will be back!! Silvia, thank you for everything!! 🤗

I loved the vintage vibe that it had. And the host was lovely!!! Also it wasn’t far away from the beach and you had a bus station near the apartment(1 min to walk). I truly recommend it!

“Perfect Property with Lovely Host”

Silvia the host was an absolutel delight! She made us feel like long lost relatives & could not be more accommodating with everything!.. Even buying is a local Sicilian Beer to try! 👏 The apartment is sparkling clean & the bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds we had during our 7 week trip away! Location is a short walk to the local beach & about 20 minutes into the heart of Mondello but it is an easy walk along the seafront which is so pretty. Would highly recommend this property & would stay here again if we ever return to Mondello.

“Great apartment in Mondello”

Everything was perfect! Amazing apartment, furniture, style. It was clean and has everything you need including shower gel, coffee, tea and even the sunscreen. It also has a big terrace. WiFi is really good (about 300mb/s). The host was so friendly and responsive, we felt at home. We wish we could stay more time there. Great location: 7 minutes to the beach on foot, bus stop is right next to the house -15 minutes to Palermo city centre.

The room is nice, cozy and clean. It has a pleasant vibe. There's a possibility to make some tea and coffee. The owner is very warm and helpful! Everything Was great!

Good location. 5 minutes walk to the beach. 20 minutes to the supermarket. There is a bus stop nearby to the center of Palermo. Clean and beautiful room. Very comfortable. Friendly and kind host

Beautiful building, comfortable room

Staying in this place it is an experience itself. The traditional house is charming, decorated in a vintage style, with decorations from different parts of the world, including in the stairs area. The high ceiling allows for good ventilation in the summer, so we barely used the air conditioning. The bathroom is chic and modern, with everything you need. Overall, the vibe is a mixture of artistic and traditional Italian but with modern facilities ... We felt it was a house that calls for respect. *** We were offered coffee, tea and almond biscuits for coffee/tea breaks that we enjoyed in the outdoor space (tables and seats, shadow and with partial view towards the natural surroundings). *** The neighborhood is green and quiet, and we were able to get by foot to both Mondello beach (on our way we always stopped to some of the most recommended places on Tripadviser for gelato and arancini), and Addaura beach; also, 2-3 minutes away was the bus station to/from Palermo (bus 806). *** Silvia, was always smiling and very kind, proving us assistance even related to our flight (1 day before Etna erupted :) ) or traveling from Catania airport to Mondello. To understand the level of involvement - we booked the place just few days before going to Sicily and it was a case of double booking (which can happen when listing the place on several platforms). This also happened for our Catania place, but they just sent us a message to cancel, without any other details. However, with Silvia was different. I have never seen somebody putting so much effort (on a Sunday) to find a solution for us, not to cancel our holiday ... Also, we locked ourselves outside the room, but she came quickly from the beach (on Sunday), to help us, smiling and ensuring us that it was ok. Thank you, Silvia. It was a pleasure meeting you.
