The view is breathtaking. The tapas are outstanding. The morning receptionist was extremely friendly and professional lending me an adaptor when mine didn t seem to work. Thank you.

Room nicely decorated, amazing view and we had a very good meal at the restaurant. The location is also amazing. I will come back for sure !

Staff are amazing and really friendly and welcoming. The views from the hotel are stunning, it feels like such a special place, just walking around the hotel is a cool experience unlike any other hotel. The rooms are nice, newly refurbished with still a lovely style. The breakfast is lovely. Service at bar/restaurant is great, friendly and helpful. We've been several times and always look forward to being back :)

Characterful, historical. Rooftop bar beautiful. Food in bar good - beef burger essentially raw (a personal dislike) but the pizza and salad were excellent. Restaurant service was at times lacking, mistakes made with our order. Bedroom floor cold and uncomfortable, a couple of bedside rugs would be appreciated. Otherwise good sized room with a lovely balcony and view of the mountains and olive groves.

The staff were so welcoming and polite. Showed us to the room which was spacious with a lovely balcony view. The bar and restaurant are excellent and good value. We sat around the pool for a couple of hours to relax with a drink. The gardens are sheltered and well kept, lots of little places to relax. Oh driving up the hill in a car was fine but have your wits about you if you’re on a motorcycle.

The property itself is beautiful and very well-maintained. We were especially impressed by the reception staff, who were incredibly helpful and welcoming.

It feels modern and clean but the architecture and style remain sympathetic with the historical am cultural location. The staff were amazing. The dinner was outstanding. The views were breathtaking.

Beautiful location, beautiful hotel, everything was perfect.

Great staff and a wonderful retreat with lovely areas inside and out for relaxing. The food is excellent and overall great value for the quality . We also had a massage with Maria who was a brilliant and tailored her treatments to individuals. It was one of the best . This is our second trip to the castillo and we will be back again !
