“Overpriced given the uncleanliness and poor service”

The property was not cleaned properly before I arrived. The futon was covered in crumbs and debris, and the rug had embedded crumbs and hair. I also noticed refrigerated items left out and an almost empty hand soap dispenser. I reported the issue to the host and requested a partial refund that included the cleaning fee. Their responses made the situation worse, and I was then told a refund would only be considered if I vacated the property that evening. They also told Booking.com that they had a cleaner come and that I had refused them entry - none of which had occurred. Bathroom lacks privacy due to neighbours windows and lack of a window covering or glass treatment. No ability to stop motion sensor bathroom light from being activated. No ability to turn off outside lights and no blackout curtains to block the outside lights. I would not stay here again.

To whom this may concern, I Have book this hotel for 1 night (June26th-27th) but nobody showed up for check and never get any reply back on verbal and written messages. Therefore I didn't have any access to the place and would like to get a reimbursement. Thanks for your understanding. Bruno Proulx

Nice host, nice quiet studio. We loved the private patio too.

Beautiful secluded studio bungalow with ALL the facilities. Quiet! Excellent location close to Main Street. Space for car.

Everything about the place was fantastic, great location, great little apartment!

The suite was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. It was very comfortable and cozy. Within a few minutes walk to the Avenir center.
