“Great overall, a bit loud from the flat upstairs (I stayed in the bottom).”
Location is not the best. It is in a area with many social programming, services, a shelter close by etc. It's within walking distance to downtown but a significant walk.

“Nice comfy flat in a great location”
The location couldn't be better. It was in a nice quiet neighbourhood in walking distance (less than 15 minutes) to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was particularly well equipped. A great deep bathtub with plenty of hot water. Ann (our host) was very responsive and helpful.

“Good base from which to explore further.”
Clean, functional and spacious. The property came with everything you would need for a stay and was a convenient base for exploring the areas around Moncton. Easy access off street parking.

Good location, close to downtown. Very clean, neat, and modern. It was everything we needed, and would definitely stay again.
