There were lights I could not turn on and lights in the pull-out bed portion of the suite I could not turn off very bright floating shelf cabinet lights. There was no kettle nor teabags. The bed was very comfortable and the location was great though right in the downtown it was not too noisy and I live in the country so am used to quiet. There was ample towels and linens the kitchen was great lots of dishes etc. There were no kitchen linens I could find. The parking pass should have a drop box inside the main door guests need not be inconvenienced by returning the pass to the unit. Overall I had a pleasant stay which could have been even better with a few small tweaks.

The booking was done, 1hr before I checked in. And the staff worked extremely well and got me all set up, before I even got to the place (1 hr drive). Once arrived, the private parking had their logo, so it was easy to find where to park. Also, there are cameras on premise, so you feel extra safe. Once I got into the room, there was a smooth jazz music playing, which is a really nice touch. Everything was clean, bright and just a very very nice place to recharge your mental and social battery. Lots of outlets to charge your electrionics. You're also really close to many places. Whether its grocery store, resturants, you name it. It was all walking distance. Overall, if I were to ever pass by Moncton again, this is the first place I would check.

Perfect location, as I was there to see a show at the Capitol Theatre. Easy self check in and out. Great little flat, it had everything I needed.

Do not recommend this hotel! Save your money and book somewhere else. The listing highlights “private on-site parking,” but it doesn’t clearly state that parking costs extra. You only see it in the fine print, which feels misleading and not upfront. The stay itself was disappointing. The bed frame had very sharp corners—I bumped into it at night and hurt my leg badly enough to bleed. The room was also too hot, around 27°C all night, with no way to control the temperature. On top of that, the soundproofing was poor—I could hear people talking outside clearly. I reported these issues to the hotel, but no one responded. It’s very frustrating when a hotel shows no concern for guest feedback or comfort. This experience did not meet expectations at all. I would not stay here again, and I suggest others be cautious before booking.
