Unfortunately, the first two rooms we stayed in had a very strong smell of smoke/cigarettes. There was no air freshener or odor absorber, and even with the window open the smell would not go away. We spoke to the lady at the reception, who was very polite, helpful and always willing to assist us. After two room changes and contacting eBooking to see if a full or partial refund could be arranged, we were finally moved to another room which did not smell, and we were able to continue our stay more comfortably. We believe it is important for the hotel to address the issue of smoke odor in some rooms — even adding an air freshener or improving ventilation would significantly enhance the guest experience. Apart from that, we were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, and the staff was excellent, friendly and truly tried to help us.

“Be more considerate towards solo female travellers”
I liked the room. I thought it was spacious and comfortable. Very clean and neat as well.
