I had to check out and leave to the airport at 3.00 in the morning. There was no one at the reception, I rang the bell like crazy, knocked on doors and no reaction. The front doors were closed and I was not able to exit the hotel. Eventually, I found the emergency exit.

Very clean, perfect breakfast, good personnel, internal parking, not many guests in hotel and very quiet inside. Nice view on the river. City bus in 3 min fm hotel. On the second day, we found the room perfectly set up, as if we had just checked in.

The room had clearly been recently renovated – it was modern, clean, and very comfortable. We really appreciated the design and attention to detail. The location is also excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options. However, we weren’t informed that we could order fresh coffee from the staff, which we only found out later – it would have been nice to know that from the start.

Very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. The staff were very helpful. Surprisingly they had a luggage trolley, a rarity these days.

Everything was disgusting! They put us in a terrible room. Not at all the one I booked from you several months in advance. A small bed and a bunk bed next to it. There was no space at all. The air conditioner didn't work. It was +35 outside at night. We couldn't sleep and suffered for 5 hours and left at 7 in the morning. The breakfast was just terrible. The staff didn't give a damn about the guests. This is the worst hotel for me in all the time I've worked with you!!! And they charged me the same as for the room I booked from you. They are simply obliged to return my money for the terrible night in this disgusting hotel.

Rooms were nice and big and everything very clean. Its a nice hotel and the breakfast was wonderful. Great value for money.

Please make it clear on the website that you are currently undertaking extension work on the hotel, which has affected the availability of parking on site.
