The restaurant was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious dishes. The restaurant staff, entertainment team, and housekeeping were all friendly and hardworking. They genuinely made an effort to ensure guests had an enjoyable and comfortable experience.

“Holidays in May 2025”

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this turned out to be a fantastic experience—I highly recommend staying here! The staff is warm and welcoming, the food is delicious and offers a great variety. While the hotel is a bit older, it’s very well maintained, with clean rooms and tidy common areas. There are three swimming pools (including one indoor), several bars, a nightclub, and a spotless beach just a two-minute walk from the pool area. The animation team is outstanding—full of energy and passion, they organize daily activities, games, and entertaining night shows that truly enhance the stay. We also took tennis lessons during our visit, and the coach, Yassine, was excellent: patient, professional, and very skilled.

Very friendly and spacious

The staff are all so friendly some of them seem like fsmily now. Everywhere is lovely and clean. The cleaners in public areas work hard all day keeping it clean and tidy. Reception staff lovely and friendly not all can speak good english but they all speak a few languages. The animation team work so hard all day/night still managing to take time to out to speak to you making sure your ok and know whats happening each day. This place is mainly flat so is good for people with walking difficulties or in a wheelchair. There is a place nearby that you can hire mobility scooters.they deliver to hotel. The beach is kept clean and tidy theres activities on the beach as well as around the hotel .

The food was surprisingly very good. I have been to alot of all inclusive hotels and the food here was great for what you pay.

“Lots of activities, lacks cleanliness, rooms are too small. No real food variety.”

The property is a 2/3* property which requires modernisation. The room was very small, cleaners did not change bedding in the entire seven days, straightened the sheets and did a quick clean. When I left I found a huge damp/ mould area where I slept with my baby. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
