The hosts were excellent and sold us some milk and bread. The cabin was spotless and very comfortable. The views were magnificent. Our dogs were accepted there. I would definitely go back again if I am in the area.

Friendly welcome. Quick communication in English via Booking.com messenger. Very clean. Superb rural location for hiking and visiting Granada without being in Granada. We were a bit nervous having seen so many reviews suggesting the access road was not suitable, but it was perfectly suitable for our hire car (Fiat 500), and would be fine for any car, of any size, except maybe some super low sorts car.

The location suited us well, as it was on one of the best hiking trails around Monachil. Nice view from the veranda of a hillside. Close to town for food shopping. Lots of hot water for showers amd washing up.

That is the 1st time when I rate almost all points with maximum value. Very friendly owners, ready to help. Good heating with the automatic fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen and good styling. Excellent location with a view of the waterfall. Yes, we need to pass through an unpaved road a little, but anyway, anybody needs to do that in order to get to the trail with bridges and waterfalls. Also, be aware that not all mobile operators work there, but anyway there is good wi-fi on the property. All the rest are excellent! Sure, this is not 5 stars hotel, but much more than we expected from the countryside village.

“Beautiful surroundings, clean apt and nice owners!”

The location is perfect if you want to hike on Ruta de los Caharros. Since our kids are small, it was good to start the route a bit ahead. The owners allowed us to leave our car parking there for the whole day and since there wasn't anybody else checking in after us, we had the possibility to later still use the bathroom after our hike. Written comm was in English, but verbal only in Spanish. Thank you for the experience!

Amazing place and superb staff, the owners made us feel completely at home. Incredible location for enjoying the peace and views of the Sierra Nevada, with many hiking paths few minutes far. We went with our dogs and they had so much fun as well! Definitely worthy, we would love to come back!

This lovely casita is set in a magnificent valley with soaring mountains around. Remember this is a casa Rural so therefore will be fairly basic to most travellers eyes. However, the furnishings, the beds and the air conditioning made us feel very comfortable. There is a large terrace at the front of the property which we found fantastic for evening drinks, eating etc. The whole house was extremely clean and well equipped with plates cups etc. spare pillows etc. We asked for a fan for the bedroom as the weather, even for Granada was exceptionally hot overnight, and this arrived within minutes. Angela was very helpful throughout our stay and we will certainly be back.
