“Woow”
Beautiful rooms next to family..The staff accommodated ground floor due to mobility issues of my mum. Breakfast and dinner top tier, so much variety. Entertainment, acrobatics was amazing, water aerobics was high light for my mum and aunties followed by women playing water games, so much fun. Pools amazing, stunning beach view. Definitely a paradise feel. Staff even sang happy birthday for my family member and made a cake. Definitely going back to Voyager. Also such a lovely touch, as you enter a member of staff toots a saxophone as you enter.

“AWFUL!!!”
nothing! the place is horrible... beach is in accessible and dirty we ordered food at 11.30 on the All Inclusive menu and they didnt bring it for us.. we had to wait until lunch to get our food. they made us wait a whole hour for the porter to bring our luggage. the staff was not helpful at all. all in all the experience was awful!

“Awful hotel.”
The service was awful from the moment I checked in. The two managers at reception, who alternate shifts, were incredibly rude to me. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. I will never come back to this hotel and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

“Was not much bad, but was not like adviced”
Even though the food changed according to the culture, it wasn’t very impressive, and there wasn’t much variety—every day you would find mostly the same food with only slight changes.

Voyager has the best team and their biggest asset is their members of staff they are the best they went above and beyond well done to them 10/10 Always smiling ,My family and I were stunned by the level of customer service and I repeat they are the best

Deluxe room with sea view,amazing.Prize to what you get definetly worth of money.Best resort in Mombasa.room so clean all the time,updated,renovated,good size tv with apps,infinity pool was amazing👌🏽 cheaper than Severin,Sarova and better.Will come again.Special note for restaurant restroom,nice cool with a/c and cleanest ever seen.
