“Some hits and some misses”
Reception staff, cleaning staff, taxi team and Tamarind restaurant staff were outstanding they made us enjoy our stay and helped us navigate Mombasa. Tamarind staff on Christmas day and on the 27th were absolutely brilliant, great customer service, helpful, efficient and super friendly. Taxi staff were knowledgeable and friendly making our rides to and from airport and town so pleasant. Rooms were super clean and airy with all the amenities one could need for a pleasant stay and the internet was speedy and available through. Some of the Harbour restaurant staff/service were also good and attentive. Food was also good at the Harbour especially the breakfast.

our masterbathroom was unsatisfying - toilet water didn't flush and the water out of the bathtub came brown and had stains and dirt inside we ordered breakfast and 45 minutes after ordering they told us that they run out of avocado and after 2 hours we were served with breakfast for the price we payed i expect a pay back of the price we payed thank you regards teresa menotti
